On a scale of 1-10 I give this ship a -10!! I DO NOT ship Discord and Celestia.
For one a lot of the time Discord and Princess Celestia are enemies. Like at the end of season four. They just don't seem like a couple. If they were a couple it would be like one of those one relationships where they always argue and nag.
I'm sorry if you ship them. Its just my opinion.
