I know no metaphor or simile

That can describe your eyes properly.

I have bought a ticket and booked a journey

To another planet

In the hope I find a parallel

Of this beauty wrongly placed on earth!

Meanwhile, please don’t move away

And go to heaven;

Please stay here still until I come back

No matter how ugly your surroundings are.

Let the ugliness of the world go

By the light coming from your cornea,

Let my existence on the earth

Become million years,

Let this poet stare at you

And fix the sight in your eyes

Thousands of years!

One human life

Just too short

To enjoy the beauty
