(Carcrus’ p.o.v)

Her voice echoed across the ship as all 6 cannons set off into the side of the opposite ship. Blasting holes deep in to its side. Lights on the inside flashed and sparked on and off rapidly with the contact. Some people on deck started to run down bellow to safety. Across the sky above me hooks attached to roped flew across to there ship and the crew began to bord the ship jumpping and climbbing over. Captain whistled and Josh and Jo’s eyes glowed to a gold. (There eyes only did this when looking for shinny things.) They darted below to the ships deck quickly.

Captain bordered her self merely jumping across. Her boots clanking across the smooth, polished, wood surface. I lock the weal and grab my pistol not that I ever used it.

I climb across and walk down to what looked like a giant ball room. Everyone was huddled into one corner. the buff lot of the crew keeping them in still. lots of people where there from many different classes and ages. Captain aprouched the group and looked amoung our crew.

“You know the rules. you shed blood, I shed yours.” She said firmly to us. And turned around and aimed her pistol at the head of a member of staff not to far away from her.

“If you’ll be a nice smart boy now, take me to your captain.” The frail boy shock at the pistol and slowly nodded not speaking and slowly slid out past the crew and walked out the room Captain not far behind. He was tall and looked in his mid 20’s. So I suppose he wasn’t much of a ‘boy’. I was ordered to follow and did. The frail boy took us up to what looked like a small look out cabin. He opened the door.

“…..h-h-here.” the captain points the pistol in the inside of the room and he walks backwards into the room she follows. I look confused as it was only a look out tower.

“Where’s the captain boy.” He shock slightly.

“H-h-he must have just left look else where.” I notice his hand crept under the desk pushing a warning button. The captain chuckled.

“Your lying.” She said. A smirk in her tone.

“n-n-no I’m not!” her head lowered and loaded the gun he stared. “It wasn’t loaded?!” she chuckled.

“Of cores not. I don’t shoot people that help me.

it was merely for persuasion but, you lied. And I don’t like liars….” he stared gob smacked. I probably was pulling roughly the same face. “You obviously don’t know what your up against. I was merely going to take all the booty you’ve got and leave with no one harmed, but there’s always some one who has to screw it all up…”

“because.” She aimed the gun. “I can’t smell him.” with out realising the door in front of me shut. And locked. There was no gun shot. But a lowed ‘SNAP’ echoed the little hall we where in. I flinch. Captains talked through the door.

“Carcrus. Go to the west hall, 5th door, on the right. He’s there.”

I quickly ran off.

I wasn’t shore if I liked seeing her like this. Almost animal like among humans...

I wasn’t far from the captain cabin when I herd crying. I slow my pace and look around the corner. the captain was hushing a woman dressed in a blue dress and a little girl in a light pink dress Into a storing cupboard.

“daddy what’s going on?” the little girls faces was pink and puffy from crying I assumed this must be his wife and child. Deep down, I felt some what guilty. I held my locket to my chest. I new the captain would be a while, So I made I presents known. All 3 looked at me started. The girl giving of a shriek as she hid behind her mother.
