" Okay, does anyone have any questions about me to get started?" The second Mr. Mendes said that, about 10 girls' hands shot up. His brown eyes widened at their aggression to ask questions. "In the front. What's your name?" He asked a girl in the front row.

"I'm Tiffany. My question is are you dating anyone right now?" I guess I'm not the only one who finds him attractive. They could at least be more subtle about their fondness of him. He laughed at the question and slightly blushed.

"No. I am currently single." His answer sent many smiles to girls' faces. Mine included, but I just looked down in fear of someone seeing. Then another question was asked ," How old are you?" Of course someone would ask that. Probably trying to hit it. He laughed once again and answered. "I am 29 years old. I know, I'm old" Many girls did not seem fazed by this but some looked down in disappointment.

"Enough about me! For me to get to know you, I want you to each stand and tell me your name, your age, and a fun fact about you. Easy enough?" He directed. Shit. One by one, people went down the rows and telling about themselves until it got to me. I stood up, shaking, and said "My name is Jensen, I'm 18, and I play guitar and piano." Mr. Mendes' eyes lit up at that.

"Well Jensen, I play guitar too." He commented. "That's nice." I quietly replied with my head still hung low. I made sure my long brown hair covered my face to tell others that the conversation was over. Since I was the last one to go, Mr.Mendes told us to read our books for the rest of the class. Crap, I didn't know we should have brought a book. Not wanting to draw attention to myself by getting up to get a book, I just quietly sat there and waited while everyone started reading.

Soon enough the bell rang and I started my way out the door. Just then Mr.Mendes called out "Jensen, could I see you please?" I didn't reply, just turned around and walked to his desk. "Please come prepared to class. I saw you didn't have your book today. If you fail to do that we might have some issues. Got it?" I nodded and made my way to the door yet again, but was able to actually leave. Thank God.
