Author's note: IMPORTANT!! The facts in chapter are NOT CANON; As in I made it up, not real fact, so don't go off thinking 'This is new fact! Must spread the word!'
"Hey! Come on you two! Get up!"
"It's too... early," I moan.
"You call ten in the morning early?"
"It's like an off day, right Allison?"
"Yeah," she softly mutters.
"You two are mak-" is all I hear from Abbie as I drift off again, but able to hear her finish.
"Uh-huh, sounds nice, have fun."
"Oh come on!"
"Have fun..."
Feeling something warm trying to nudge me over on my left side, I just too it, enjoying the warmth. When the warmth stops, I move back closer to Allison to stay warm.
What feels like a moment later, I feel a pang of pain, making me (and Allison) get up and alert. Only to see Abbie and Natalia standing in front of us, small sparks dance off of Natalia.
"Gee, you two can sleep like a Snorlax after a feast."
"Told you we should've... gone in a tree," Allison yawns.
"Yeah, that would've been nice, but the trees here are too thin and easily breakable."
"As if you know trees."
"I've been in the forest long enough to know, also add the amount of times waking up from falling down."
That gives her a small giggle, as our two friends watch in boredom and annoyance.
"You two done or what? Our trainers are waiting for us," Abbie orders, impatience in her tone.
"Yeah yeah, though why bother coming for us? Jacob should've told them that we're more than capable on our own too," I shrug, getting up and stretching my legs.
"Well your trainer is worried about you, and sent us out to find you two."
"Uh-huh, well you awake yet, Allison?"
"Yeah, I'm good," she starts off in a run.
"Yeah, why don't you wait up for us?" I ask, as I too start to run after her.
Running to try to catch up to her, I manage to past her and looking behind, Natalia and Abbie decide to run after us too. But unlike the two of us, they weren't enjoying the run - since they were probably making sure we would go to the right place.
Reaching the edge of the city, we slow down and go into a walk. Panting heavily, we take a small break before walking to the gym as Abbie takes lead. Following her down, we pass by some kids who found some amazement in us, and start crowding around us. Luckily enough, their parents take notice and take them away from us.
"There you are!" Caitlyn calls out, sitting on a bench near the gym.
"Sorry guys, told them that you would be fine, but they insisted," Jacob clarifies.
"Well we worry about our Pokemon," Peter answers.
"I do too, but I also know the limits of my Pokemon as well."
"But we have our preferences. Anyways, let's go, and you feel like you can battle, Jackie?"
"Yeah, could probably take a few hits, why? I'm going to battle again? Though if you are going for type effectiveness, the Emolga is going to be a problem."
