After a few periods of school past it was time for lunch. Keanna went to go eat because today was Monday and on Mondays you had a choice of what you wanted to eat, and plus Mondays was the day they made good food! As she was in line to go eat two of the meanest girls walked up to her. Their names was Jazzy and Mia. Mia was Jazzy's follower she always tryed to do what Jazzy did. Jazzy made a mean remark about Keanna's weight and Mia laughed and agreed saying "Yeah, you need to think twice about that food you are getting!" Keanna was not so hungry anymore. She just couldnt eat after what they had been saying! Keanna walked out of the line and Jazzy and Mia laughed as she left. When she left she went to her favorite place in the school. The back of the school where she was sure nobody could find her. She was just sitting there when she saw Izzy and Carlton walk by. Izzy and Carlton are the best of friends im pretty sure nobody could come in between them! They were also cousins so they kinda was choice though. Izzy said "keanna whats wrong". Carlton joined in the conversation and said "Was it those girls again you know you shouldnt pay attention to the they just..." Interupting keanna said "Naw you guys I'm fine". Hiding her face and wiping a tear because she didnt want the boys to see her cry. Izzy and Carlton gave her a hug and they both asked "Are you sure? Do you want to hang with us?". Smiling Keanna said "Yeah im sure, and i would love to hang with you guys. Where are you headed?". They said "We are going to class. We have to get there kinda early. We are trying to get our grades up." Keanna said "Oh sure. I will come" so they walked down the hall way for a few seconds they was in silence until Izzy broke it "So, Keke the group..well we are all going out to Dave's and busters do you wan to come with us?" Keanna said "Umm well sure" Izzy said "Well I guess I will pick you up at lets say five- thirty. Is that fine?". "Its great and okay i got you!" Carlton said "Mhm you know the only reason he asked you was because he likes you right!?" Izzy blushed and said "I do not!" blushing and smiling really hard Keanna said "Oh really" and just laughed at them while they talked. They finally got to the classroom as they went in the was talking to each other. This was Ms. Goodwin's Math class she was the nicest teacher in the school well at least thats what everyone thought. When they walked in Ms. Goodwin said "Hey guys, and i see you brought someone with you" turning to Keanna "Hi Keanna what are you doing here?". "Well I just saw the boys walking down the hall and they asked if I wanted to come with them and of course knowing me, I said sure!". Ms. Goodwin said "Oh well while you are here do you want to do some extra work for a higher grade?" Keanna said "Umm sure". Ms. Goodwin gave them all a packet andd said "If you dont finish which i know you wont you can just come back until you do." she had a smile on her face when she said this. But of course she is Ms. Goodwin she always is happy and always has a smile on her face like she is the happiest women on earth. Alot of time passed, and finally the bell rung an after a few minutes everyone started coming to class. This was the best class of the day for Keanna. But this class goes by so fast! The class period past and now it was time for last period and then time to go homeeeeee! Sadly though last period was gym with Coach Sellers and Coach Leary. They wasnt that mean but at times if you pushed there buttons they would be. But the good thing is most of the time in gym Keanna and her class didnt have to do any work, because of the fact that they had alot of programs in the gym for the school and that afternoon before the program they worked on the gym. But since today was monday they really didnt have to work because every monday they had D.A.R.E. Its this program where this police officer comes in to teach you about the law and gangs and drugs and stuff like that. Its kinda boring! Keanna sat by Aaliyah and Tyira also Maliana because they where her buddys in gym class! They would always joke laugh & have fun together in gym! Officer Williams passed out the dare books and told the class to turn to the first page "Tyira!" he called "Read they first page". Tyria read "There was this boy and his name was Jordan he was with a group of friends..." Keanna leaned over and whispered to Aaliyah "Ughh this book is so whack!" Aaliyah agreed and said "Yeah ikr!" she said that while laughing. Since Tyira was right on the other side of me she I started reading with her and she started to laugh and said "Ughh be quite chile" Keanna said "Naww what if I dont feel like it?" But then keanna finally was quiet because she diidnt feel like reading with Ty anymore... A few Moments passed and the bell rung for us to go home but before we left Izzy caught up with Keanna and said to her "Dont forget about tonight okay?!" Keanna shyly said "Okay, i wont forget!" Izzy said "Yeah mhm" Keanna said "Im forreal I wont forget see you later. What timee again?" Izzy said "see I told you...im going to pick you up at..." Interupting Keanna said "Haha i was playing and yeah i know you are going to pick me up at five-thirty"! on the outside Keanna was so calm but on the inside there was a party she was so soo happy! Keanna walked home and when she got there her mom was waiting in her bedroom with a cord. Keanna had forgotten that she got in trouble in school in first period With Dr. Brown. Keanna's mom looked up at her and slaped her across the back with the cord and keanna ran as fast as she could out of the room! But the cord was so long that it could reach her from down the hall her mom beat her with the cord. Chantay wasnt there to help her Chantay had a job after school so she didnt come home right after. Keanna's mom had left keanna on the floor crying and she put the cord up. Then came back and started talkinng to her about how she is always doing bad how she is always getting in trouble! She told Keanna she was ashame to be her mother. Keanna felt really bad! She just got up and went to her room and locked the door! She came out though because she had to get ready for when Izzy came to pick her up. She took a shower and put on one of the nicest outfits she had but it had to be like a regular outfit because she didnt wont anyone thinking anything about it. She walked out of the room and went to go check the time. "five-twenty five.. yes its almost time to go only five more minutes" Keanna said in her head. Her mom came out of her bedroom and looked Keanna up and down and asked her "Where do you think you arre going?" Keanna replyed "Nowhere" and left out of the room. A few minutes passed and then Izzy came Keanna said in her head "Finally, he is here I thought I was gonna die he was taking forever!" Keanna walked out of the House and said "Izzyyy hii!" with a big smile and a little blush! Shhe got in the car.... tbc...
