Hannah had began to go to theropy to help stop her from self harming. She had finished going there because she had done it. She stopped.
As for Ingrid and Mamrie they stayed best friends with all of the group.

"Hey guys, today we have a special guest Hannah!!!" "Hello" "now for eveyone we just would like to say.... HartBig is real." They both looked at each other and kissed. They then continued about how they met. They then later uploaded the video and got lots of supportive response and some negative however they didnt care tey were together and they were happy.
"Grace?" Hannah asked "Yes?" She replied "when I ran off and you found me under the tree why were you there?" She asked with a confilused look " well you see I went there for the same reason as you. To be free" she said "but why at that exact place?" "Because that place is special to me, its where we first met and it mean alot to me because I met someone who I love dearly" she said "and Hannah if you ever feel low ever again remeber..All it takes is a kiss." Grace said before leaning in and kissing her. They lived together for the rest of their life.
