The night of the masquerade ball was finally tonight. Alya and Marinette were getting ready for tonight. Alya was already dressed up and done with her makeup. She's wearing sparking golden dress with a pair of while heels. Meanwhile, Marinette was also done with her hair and makeup was the only thing was missing was her beautiful long red dress. As soon as she was done with her makeup,she picked up the dress that was hanging from her cosset and went to change.
Marinette: Alya, are you sure it's a masquerade themed?Do we really have to wear a mask?
Alya: Yes, 100% sure and yes we must. It's part of the dress code. Is there a problem?
Marinette: No, not really... (except the fact that Il ook completely like Ladybug when I have the mask on. No problem right? Ugh..)
Marinette was still inside changing. She tried putting on the mask and realized that she looks so much like Ladybug right now. She didn't want to reveal her secret to her, at least not like this, so she took the mask off and got out the dressing room.
Alya: Come on, let's see it. I wanna see you with the mask's on.
Marinette: Ugh... can I just wear it when we arrive at the school?
Alya: Why? You're gonna show me anyway so why wait? Come on, put it on and let's take a selfie!
Marinette: W-Wait, I think Nino's here! ... Nino!
Nino: Hey ladies! Wow Alya, you lookin' gorgeous...
Alya: Thanks! And you lookin' gorgeous as well.
Nino: Shall we go? We're a little but late.
Alya: Sure!
Sabine: Have fun!
Tom: And don't forget to go home at 10, OK honey?
Marinette: Yes papa! Bye!
Meanwhile in Adrien's room. Adrien stayed at home,laying on his bed, moping around. After he confessed to Ladybug his love for her about 3 weeks ago, he wasn't in the mood tho part. He tried to move on but it still hurts him.
Plagg: Come on, let's go the the ball!
Adrien: I don't want to.
Plagg: Why not? But they have food and cheese.
Adrien: I'm not going!
Plagg: ...ugh.. Are you still hurt for what your Ladybug did to you? It's been 3 weeks. Get over it, Adrien!
Adrien: It's not that easy, ok? I never felt so heartbroken before. Ever!
