Riley's pov
"Ri," I heard someone say softly. "C'mon baby, you don't want to be late to school, do you?"
I sighed. James was right. I had to get up. I rolled over on my back, to be met with his muscular body standing at the end of the bed. He was only dressed in his boxers. His body was a little bit wet, which I guess was because he had a shower while I was asleep.
"Hey, beautiful." He chuckled. "Breakfast is waiting for you downstairs."
I smiled, and groggily climbed out of bed, and walked into James' bathroom.
We didn't share a house, but sometimes I would sleep over at his house, and he would at mine. James and I's relationship wasn't that mature though, we hadn't done "it" yet. It would just be cuddling and maybe a few makeouts, nothing more. We were happy like that.
James' pov
When I heard my bathroom door close softly, I put on a T-shirt, a pair of ripped black jeans and my black converse. I fixed my hair slightly, put on my cologne and headed downstairs.
"Morning, mom." I said, walking into the kitchen. The smell of fried eggs and toast made me lick my lips. "Hey, Piper, Janet."
My moyher smiled at me. Janet, who was 8, looked up from her coloring book. "Hey, James."
Piper, my 14 year old brat of a sister, looked up from her phone. "Morning, dweeb."
I rolled my eyes, unamused. She shrugged and went back on her phone.
"Who you textin'?" I asked, smirking. "If its a boy, tell him Im going to beat him up."
"James!" She whined. "Im not 5, and I am old enough to date!"
"Pipe, Im your brother, I'll beat up any guy for you, no matter how old you are." I told her. "Anyway, who is that?"
I snatched the phone from between her hands.
"James! Give it BACK!" She whined. She stood up, which I didn't care about. She was way shorter than me. "Moooooooom!"
"Ooh, is that Josh from our-your studio?" I aid smirking. "The little guy in J troupe?"
"ALOT has changed since you left, James." She said, finally succeeding to get her phone back, as she jumped on a chair and grabed it. "Josh isn't little, or in J troupe. He's an A trouper, just like me."
I nodded, a little bit of a frown forming. She sat down again, like nothing ever happened.
As much as I loved being with the band, I really missed A troupe. More than I thought I would, but there was no turning back now.
My frown quickly transformed into a smile as I saw Riley enter the kitchen, dressed in jeans and a loose v neck. She smiled at my mom. "Good morning, Mrs. Tordjman. Hey girls."
Janet stood up and ran to Riley, hugging her. Riley giggled, hugging back.
Piper smiled at Riley. "Hey, Ri."
Riley's pov
Soon after, me, James and Piper were walking to school. Usually, James would drive, but his car was at the dealership getting fixed, so we had to walk. I didn't mind, though, it was fun.
"Tired, baby?" James asked, stopping for a second.
I took some deep breaths, and shook my head, trying to cover the truth. "No, Im alright."
He chuckled and grabed my wrist. "Riles, babe, I know every expression on your beautiful face. I can tell when youre lying."
James lifted me up into his back slowly. I shifted a bit until I was comfortable. I planted a kiss on his cheek, before we started walking.
"James! What about me?!" Piper whined from the back.
"You should've gotten Josh to carry you." He laughed. She sighed and caught up to us.
"Some brother." She mumbled.
AN: Hope that wasn't too bad ':) I tried.
