Mangle

Time seemed to go slow as I waited for the day to be over and the night to arrive, the place closed eventually, cars in the parking lot beginning to leave. My nose pressed up against the window as I saw their lights illuminate and heard the engines spark to life. "That's right leave..." I chuckled once again, the car park now empty a human got out of the car and wondered into the building. "Hello night guard." I grinned again showing my teeth as well as the teeth of my endoskeleton.

One foot, two hands and a head, the only body parts that are intact, even my left eye is hanging out and dangling next to my head on the endoskeleton. Guess I should just crawl or slither... Perhaps the roof would be easiest route of transport. Until I fathom out the ventilation system. Yes. Everything's coming together.

Using my strength I reached out my arm and dig my nails into the wall hauling myself off the ground as I clawed onto the brick the best I could. At this rate it will be morning before I even get out of this room. My nails slipping from the grip I had in the roof I felt myself fall. I slight yell escaped me as I landed hard on the ground in front of the door. Checking myself over no major damage had been caused, well what would a slight fall do to my body when I'm in this condition. My hand clutched the door knob jolting every so often due to me probably loosening some wires somewhere I will have to fix that.

click. The satisfying noise of the door being opened followed by the freak emitting from its hinges. Slinking my way into the corridor the first thing to catch my eye was a poster on the wall. 'FREDDY FAZZBEARS PIZZERIA OPENING - under new management' mhmm a new owner should be interesting.

Wait a new owner? Maybe he will fix me! Maybe the new owner could make me whole again. Or maybe I'm wasting hope. I grumbled to myself before heading down the corridor in a random direction, wallpaper was peeling from the walls as the odd light flickered here and there. And this is supposed to be the new place, yikes.

It needs a lot of work, no wonder there were so many building people here today, so that's why I didn't hear children or animatronics outside the door. Wait... Where are the other animatronics it can't just be me. Can it?

Going to stand best I could, my claws digging into the wall to help me support the flimsiness of my wrecked body. Peering around the corner I saw a large room, listening closely I could hear faint voices.

"Dude will you open the fucking door already?" A rough voice demanded. "
I'm trying! You don't think I want out of this space?" Yelled another both sounding fed up and angered. Speedily I dragged myself over, my head wobbling back and colliding with the ground as hand and foot walked along. Going up and onto the ceiling I opened the door and out fell two animatronics.

Silently I watched from the roof, "alright coasts clear out you all come!" The pirate looking fox ordered harshly as every animatronic I'd ever seen left from hiding or storage. "Looks like everyone's here..." A blue bunny concluded. Crawling back the way I came I felt alone. At least the children knew I existed, now I'm just invisible, a pile of scrap that no one even cares for.

I can't decide what feels worse, being torn apart limb by limb by stupid bratty kids or being invisible by the other animatronics. Laughter and voices was heard quietly leaking into my room.

One day I'll show everyone I exist and aren't to be crossed... One day. But until then I plan how to get the new security guard.
