Christmas with the smiths

It was Christmas Eve and I just got a text from  lucky.
( l for lucky) ( m for Marissa)
L: hey wyd?
M: just chilling you?
L: uh, nothing but I wanted to ask you if you wanted to join my family and I for Christmas morning? Unless you have other plans.
M: yeah that would be great, do you think I could come tonight?
L: uh yeah sure😀
M:k be there in 5 min

I arrived at his house.
I got my bag and headed for the door.
I knocked and the door opened.
It was lucky.
"Hey" he said as he grabbed my bags.
I looked into the living room and there where about 5 people, his mom and dad and his sisters.
I really never got to talk to his family but i know that I'm ready.
But what if they don't like me?
Ok, don't freak out Marissa you are okay!!!
"It is so nice to meet you, lucky told us about you, you seem like a nice lady" said his father.
"I'm Sheridan" said his mother as she gave me a hug.
I'm already feeling comfortable around here.
Then all of his sisters came running in.
"A new sister" said his sister starlie.
I laughed.
"I'm Pyper, this is Starlie and Daisy" said Pyper as she gave me hug.
Daisy gave me a hug and we went into the living room.
I sat down next to lucky and the rest sat down in other chairs.
"So, how long have you been dating?" Said sheridan.
"Beginning of school, so 4 months" I said
"Wow, are you guys serious?" She said.
I honestly don't know if we're serious I mean I don't think we're serious, are we?
"Um I don't know" lucky said as he grabbed for my hand.
"You?" Said is mom as she looked at me.
"Mom, stop pressuring her" lucky said in anger but cooled down as he remembered it was he's mother.
"It's fine" I said

A couple of hours past and we were in the living room laughing and enjoying are selfs.
I felt so good to be in a family again, I haven't felt this way in forever.
Then lucky got a phone call and left the room.
Luckys POV
We were in the living room when I got a phone call. I left the room.

"Hello?"
"Oh, hi is this lucky blue smith?"
"Yes"
"Oh, yes you got the modeling job"
"Cool, when can I start?"
"New years day"
Wait that's way to early, shit!!!
"Uh, um okay"
"Well we're excited to work with you"
"So am I well goodbye"
"Bye"
The line ended.
This is so not good!!
