It was late when we got into town so we went to the hotel and slept. Michael held me close and had his face buried into my neck for the night. As soon as morning hit we were up and eating before heading to my dads. I took a deep breath as we stood at the front door. I was in a skirt trying to make a good first impression "relax babe..." Michael said as he knocked. I stood there holding his arm close before my dad opened the door and smiled

"You made it, and who is this?" My dad asked

"This is my boyfriend" I said "Michael my dad" my dad looked at him before motioning us inside where I saw my sister and another man.

"Lexi, this is Emma" dad said "she is your sister" she looked at me

"Wait so you cheated on mom?!" She yelled

"Your mother isn't Tracy" dad said with a sigh "you were young when I left your real mother and married Tracy"

"Wow... So what is she here for?" Lexi shot me a look and I looked away

"I invited her for dinner... We are a family" dad said

"She isn't my family!" Lexi yelled before the guy squeezed her hand "it's been how many years and she is just now showing up."

"I didn't know where he was" I said "he found me five months ago... Outside a college"

"Lexi you will be nice to your sister" dad said

"Lex, come on it's ok" the guy said smiling at her

"Tyler it's not ok!" Lexi yelled "why is it totally fine she has all theses tattoos and fucking piercings?"

"Because she's has no future and you do" dad said "she is hopeless and already wasting her life!" I stood there in shock along with Lexi and Tyler before he left and she stormed off.

"What the fuck!" Michael yelled

"She's nothing but a cute face Lexi she has no actual skills!" Dad yelled before I walked out to the car and Michael tore into him. I just cried uncontrollably till I heard the door open and Lexi threw her bags in the back and slid in beside them before Michael got in and sped off of down the street

"Hey slow down!" Lexi yelled, Michael's knuckles were white and he was whipping around the corners as I squeezed his thigh making him slow down and hold my hand.

"He doesn't know you babe" Michael said before he turned into a restaurant "come on we should eat before going back"

"I'm not hungry..." I said

"Tough fucking shit!" Michael snapped before sighing "babe I'm sorry it's your fucking dad"

"Come on, let's go in Emma you can at least sit and keep us company" Lexi said
