I got to work early the next day, I had to open up the shutters I was that early! I was just trying to lift it up when someone put there hands over my eyes, "Hey! Get off!" I screamed elbowing the person behind me as hard as I could. The guy squealed at the pain and let go, I spun on my heel to face him.

I gasped, it was Brad. I quickly ran over to him were he was bent over in pain, his friends laughing behind him. "Oh my god, Brad! You shouldn't of scared me, are you okay?" I bent down and put my hand on his shoulder, he soon straightened him self up again. "Fine, just a bit of a shock," He replied giving me a quick hug.

I went back to putting the shutters up when 4 pairs of arms helped me, Brad and his friends. "Thanks," I said brushing the damp of my hands. "Autumn, this is Tristan, James and Connor," Brad said pointing to each of the boys as he called their names. "I'm Autumn, " I said shyly, only Brad reached past my shyness. Tristan steped forward and gave me a quick hug, James followed. I didn't want a hug though, these guys were strangers and were judging my every move. I am so self conscious. Connor stepped towards me last and gave me a hug whispering something in my ear, only when he moved away I realised what he said. He said, 'I know you dont like this, you're self conscious.' I looked over to him whilst Brad and Tristan were talking quietly. I nodded. "Sorry to cut it short but I have to get to work," I whispered. James heard me and he motioned the other guys into Starbucks behind me. I quickly grabbed a apron and tied it around my waist before starting up the till and coffee machines. I glanced to James, Tristan and Brad who were sitting at a small window table near the back and quiter part of the shop. James got a Apple Mac Book Air out of his bag, these guys must be loaded. Why would Brad think that they would like me? Connor was stood by the till ready to order, "What can I get you?" I asked shyly. Connor smirked before saying, "Two mint hot chocolates, two honey lattes and a Naked smoothie, please," I nodded and got the drinks ready.

I carried the drinks over to the boys and layed them out on the table, then realising that I had made five drinks for four people. Seeing my confusion, Brad laughed and then said, "Happy Christmas?" I smiled and sat next to James who looked really confused. "Inside joke," I explained and he rolled his eyes. "So Autumn, any idea how to write?" Tristan asked leaning his elbows on the table. I sighed, thinking.

"Depends on what you need, I'm good with books and....songs," I said calmy. I never said that I wrote songs, it took me about a year to tell my friends from college that but these guys got it out of me in no time. Connor smiled, "We need you're help then," I looked across at the other boys, they were all smiling at me. "What can I do?" I asked.

The Vamps as they called themselves told me that they were a band and were writing there first album but had no luck with good songs. They had run out of inspiration. Brad had told them that I looked like a girl who had a good imagination, I laughed at that part but agreed to help them with their project. We agreed to go to a theme park to get to know each other better before we set down to work. Basically, we just wanted an excuse to act like children.
