Flashback: You were so close to finding Mavis's grave, when Zeref appeared. "Who are you?" He asked. "I could ask you the same thing." You said with that spunk you usually had. "I'm Zeref." He said. "I'm Y/N." You replied. Suddenly, Zeref started to sense something. "Get away from me!" He said. A black ball of magic appeared around him and struck you. You fainted, but luckily, Natsu found you and took you to safety.
A few months later, you went back to Tenrou Island to enjoy it's beauty and nature. Although you didn't know a certain somebody was lurking in the forest.
You were bored so you decided to leave the beach and explore the forest. But when you got there, you saw... Him... Zeref...
"Huh? Do I know you?" He said as he looked at you. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE???" You asked. "I'm resting." He said calmly. "And I think I recognize you. Y/N?" He said surprised. "Hello Zeref." You said cheerfully. Suddenly, he started to feel it again... The power... He started to get a headache. The black ball appeared again. "RUN! NOW!" he said. But it was too late. You got struck again.
(A few minutes later)
Zeref's PoV
Oh no... What did I do. "I'm a monster." I said to myself as I cried.
(A few minutes later)
Y/N's PoV
I finally opened my eyes. When I did, I saw Zeref. I noticed my head in his lap and quickly sat up. "You're awake." He said. "I'm glad you're ok."
Author's PoV
You two spent a little time in each other's arms when he suddenly asked, "Y/N. Will you be my lover?" You instantly replied with a yes and a kiss on the lips. Without knowing it, you fell asleep in his arms as he looked up at the now starry sky above the two of you.
