The past hurts

Tyler's POV:

I didn't want her to ever find out. In Kendall's freshmen year and my Sophomore year Kendall went to a football game and a guy kissed her. She never told me. A rumor went around the school by guess who, Farrah. The rumor was that she and him made out and they liked each other. This was the time where me and Kendall first dated. That lasted for about a week and then the rumor got to me. I didn't reply to her texts. I was so hurt I wouldn't even let her talk. I then started to date Farrah. And I was to fucking stupid to see that Farrah was bullying Kendall, calling her a whore, bitch, slut, etc. Them the whole school started calling her these things. I got mad at myself and had punched a wall. Brynn texted me saying Kendall was crushed and she had cut. I was so mad at myself I snapped at Brynn and called her things I regret. I started cutting...

"Oh" Kendall says looking away from me "We should pay for the milkshake and talk about this later..." Kendall then gets up and walks to Brynn and Nathan. I feel a tear run down my cheek as I have flashbacks of seeing Kendall get abused. I take the blade out of my pocket not thinking I would ever do this again and I walk to the bathroom. I open the door and look in the mirror. GOD FUCKING DAMN IT! WHY THE FUCK AM I SUCH A BASTARD!!!! I take the blade and press it against my wrist as I hear the door open behind me. I look in the mirror and it's Kendall...

She runs up to me crying and hugs me tightly from behind. She takes the blade from my hand and puts it on the sink. She turns me around and looks me in the eye with the most worried and depressed look. "Look." She pulls up her sleeve and says "I have them too." I have tears in my eyes because I know they are because of me. I look away and she puts her hand on my face pulling it for me to look at her and says "Please try to stay clean with me, if you do it I do it." She grabs my arm and looks at the cut I made. She then takes the blade and cuts her wrist almost the same length as mine in the same spot. "No Kendall stop!" I say a little loudly "I'm not letting you do this Tyler." "I don't want you anymore hurt than you already are Kendall!" "The only thing that hurts is knowing your cutting your skin with a blade." She starts to cry and hugs me tightly, I hug her back even tighter and Nathan walks in.

"Are you guys okay?" I feel Kendall pull my sleeve down so Nathan doesn't see. "Yeah perfectly fine." "Okay..." Nathan walks out and yells "Common!" I pull down Kendall's sleeve and try to grab my blade. "No, your not getting this back." She puts it in the trash can and puts her hand in my back pocket so I do the same. "Now smile like nothing happened." So I smile like we just made out and we walk out of the bathroom out the door and to Nathan and Brynn outside our car. "Welp... Bye bitches" "Bye Brynn" Kendall says while walking to her my car. I open the door for her and she gets in the car and immediately starts shedding tears. I get in the car and close the door and just sit there. "I love you" Kendall says in the sweetest but saddest voice ever. "I love you too baby girl."
