Chapter 1: Flowers

I fell, no, more like was tossed into a hole inside a cave on the mountain. Why? I have no idea, the people who lived around the mountain feared the mountain like it was the plague, said missfortune come to those who go to the mountain and thats why no one has returned. I on the other hand decided to go up there and check it out and then come back to tell everyone that there was nothing to be afraid of. And that led me here. If i had to guess, they thought that it was taboo or that i carried the missfortune with me when i left that mountain. Im surprised im not dead from the fall. I don't blame them, they we're all just scared.

Opening my eyes I take a look at my surroundings, ive fallen on a patch of golden flowers. Sitting up I take one of the flowers and smell it. It smells like a dead flower, but I smile at it anyway and set it on the ground.

"Hey!" I can hear a whisper of someone calling me "Hey you!" Something nudges my shoe so I look to see that it was a talking flower. "You have to hide!" I give the talking flower a confused look "Hide? From what?" Just as the flower was about to speak we hear the sound of someone walking towards our direction, I can practicly feel the mallace coming from that direction so I take the Flower's waring and hide in the darkest spot of the room in hopes that whomever is coming wont find me.

From the exit of the room a tall woman goat monster walks in the room, scanning the room. She slowly walks to the center of the room and stands on the golden flowers and notices the one that I picked, she chuckles venomisly and picks it up and starts plucking the petals off of it. One by one. Then throws the empty stem on the ground and walks away, back toward the way she came.

I let out a breath i didn't know I was holding and leaned against the wall. The strange talking flower apeared again and tapped my foot with his leaf "That was a close one. If you didn't listen to me she would have killed you!" I nod at the flower and let out a sigh. Geez, what did i get myself into now? "Oh, um... you should probbably find a way to leave this place." Looking down at the flower, he seems scared as he stares at the last place that woman was. "Everyone here will not hesitate to kill you, trust me i know." Feeling a little "iffy" about the flower I move away from him. "OH NO im not like that, I wouldn't hurt anyone." I raise an eye brow at the flower "H-here, how about I introduce myself? I am Asreil Dreemur but you can call me Flowey the flower...or just flowey." He holds out his leaf as if meaning for me to shake so I carefully grab his leaf with my thumb and index finger and smile " I am (Y/n), who was that lady that came in here?" I let go of Floweys leaf as he sighs "That was Torial, care taker of the ruins and...well my mother... she will stop at nothing to kill you and take your soul." I don't question how a goat has a flower for a child, but what peaks my interest is the mention of a 'soul'. "Um, Flowey? What is this 'soul' your talking about?" Flowey sighs and lifts his leafs towards my chest, bekoning my soul out of my chest. It glew a wonderful and beautiful dark red...Blood red. "This is your soul, its your being basicly, you life." I nod "Okay and why does she want my soul?" My sould returns to my body and I feel a bit odd when it does "She wants to take your soul and give it to Asgore, my father, who already has six souls so that he may become a god with seven souls and release us monster from this underground pison and get revenge on the humans who put us down here a long time ago." Once again i nod, makes since, id be pretty pissed too if someone locked me away forever but, i couldn't ever go as far as wanting to get revenge.

"The only way out of here is through were Torial came from, and from there you'll have to travel throught the whole underground, all the way to Asgore, after that you'll have to get pass him and through the barrier...alone.." Flowey looks away sadly. I reach out and pat his head "Why don't you come with me?" He glances up at me "I can't exactly travel with you, and once we get to the barrier I wont be able to go with you." He sighs and I feel sad for the tiny flower, looking around I notice a boot laying next to me. "Hey, I have an idea. How about I put you in this shoe and carry you?" He looks at the boot sadly but slowly has a smile "Yeah that could work." I smile and started digging around Flowey, careful not to hurt him and place him inside the shoe. "This feels...weird..." I smile anc laugh "Oh, and about the barrier...I'll figure something out." Flowey shakes his head "No, you need to escape besides, what if another human falls down here? Who will help them next?" I nodd and smile at him. "Your right." Standing up I look towards the way that monster went. I fave a feeling that this isn't going to be easy.

*Hello my wonderful sinners! And welcome to a brand new story! I know i know before you say anything, I KNOW I SHOULD BE WORKING ON THE OTHER STORIES FIRST BEFORE MAKING ANOTHER ONE BUT I CAN'T HELP IT! IF I HAVE AN IDEA I NEED TO POST IT ASAP! Besides, i thought this one up today so yeah, ill be working on this after i finish the others so yup! Be expecting some awesome sins! Tell me what you think of this new story so far!
