chapter 3

"there was a monster with black eyes bobby" i look at the gun and hand it to him "i know im not aloud to touch it but i did know what to do."

"i ended up stabbing it in the back bobby" dean drops the knife on the floor.

"Thank you dean" he sighs in relief as tousles his hair "your dad is in the in the impala"

"Okay bobby. come on sammy" he goes to grab sammy's arm as sammy hugs me tight.

"bye cheri" sammy smiles as he walks out the door with dean.

"bye guys" i waved bye as dean left his knife as i picked up but it was to late john took off. what I didn't know that that was the last time I would see him for a long time.

"Cheri come inside it's not safe!" Bobby yelled from the kitchen.

"Okay Bobby I'm coming" I walked in as I hid the knife in my dress.

"Do you want to play a game as I get rid of that monster" he smiled.

"Yes please" I smiled as he handed me a small pot for my bear and a big pot for my head. Then handed me a toy gun and walked me to the tv room.

"I'll be back" he walks out of the room.

I pull out dean's knife and look at it it was just a small silver knife with his name engraved into it. I put it back where it won't hurt me but I still have it after a while Bobby comes in.

"Rawr! i'm a super scary monster" he jumps out into the room i screamed and giggled

"i'll get you you monster" i hold up the fake gun "pew pew" i giggled as i chased him with a big smile on my face

"you can't get me i shall kill all the hunters" he turned around and chased me.

"oh no where's mr charlie" i looked around and hid.

"im going to get you"  he smiled and pops up on the couch I screamed and ran again. He picked me up and tickled me

"No ahhhh the monster got me !!" I squealed

"Yeah" he smiled "the monster says that dinner will be here in two mins let's go get washed up"

"Okay" I smiled and hugged him as he hugged me back and walk to the bathroom.

"okay let's wash our hands" he puts my hands in his and turned the water on.

" what's for dinner daddy?" i asked as he put soap on our hands  and washed them.

"pizza and pasta with cola. does that sound good" he drys our hands and smiles.

"i sounds wonderful" i smiled  as he carries me to the living room and puts tom and jerry on. i sit on the floor by the coffee table and watched the tv as the doorbell rings "food!" i yelled giggling.

"that will be 25.90" he pizza man said.

"there you go" he handed the guy the money and sets the plates and and forks on the table along with one pizza and a small pasta.

"it smells yummy" i said in glee.

"its really yummy girly" he ruffles my hair before making my plate and placing  in front of me then getting his stuff then sits on the floor next to me.

"thank you" i said as i took a bite of the cheesey pizza.

"no problem" he smiles as he ate.

"my parents never let me eat out in the tv room" i pick up the fork.

"well i'm your dad now so things will change." he smiles "you can stay up as long as you want. just tell me when you're tired and i'll tuck you in" 

"okie" i smile and watch tv as i eat the pasta smiling  as he sat next to me. after a little bit i started to fall asleep on him watching the powerpuff girls. he smiles and picks me and the bear up.

"ready for bed it's 11:00 at night" he carried me up the stairs  as i nod my head slowly. he opened the door to my room and walked in to lay me down. "goodnight kiddo" he ruffled my hair as i smiled lightly and drifted into sleep.

------5 years later---

i woke up, got dressed ,and walked down stairs and saw bobby sleeping on the desk. i smiled and covered him up and walked to the kitchen and started to make eggs and bacon. i heard a noise coming from the back door i pulled out the knife dean left. i wonder where he has been i haven't seen him since i was 6. i looked out the back door it was john.

"cheri?" he asked.

"Yes john?"

"let me in"

"okay john" i smiled and let him in as i put the knife back in my pocket of my jacket.

"where's bobby?" he looked at the food then at me .

"he's sleeping why whats up" i walked back to turn off the eggs that are now fully done

"well there is dosen shifters and there all the same people." he looked at me "man you have grown up"

"john stay focused" i looked up at him as i hear bobby get up

"why is there....sherri" i heard him mumble as he walked into the room "John?"

"Bobby i need you help" he walked up to bobby

"okay well what is it?"

"a dozen windigos and there all the same person" i butt in the conversation "can i go with daddy please"

"no sherri you're too dear to lose"

"but dad i can't hid my whole life"

"she does have a point bobby" john nods his head

"fine, do you remember that gun you grabbed when you were 6" bobby pulls the gun and a holster  out of the cabinet as i nod my head. "it's yours" he hands it to me/

"r-really" i look at the gun and smiled

"yeah, we need to get going" john butted in "sorry"

"okay let's go then" i smiled and runned to bobby's truck
