~BridgetCastiel's pov:
I shifted uncomfortably in my seat in the bunker library as I suddenly felt two large bulges on my shoulder blades, held back by my trenchcoat.
No. It can't be. It just can't be...
"You okay, Cass?" Dean asked, interrupting my thoughts.
"What? Oh, um, yes. I just...have an itch on my back..." I lied, scratching my back to try to convince him.
I was completely caught off guard as my wings burst free from my coat, knocking over a lamp to my right, and a stack of books to my left.
"Oh my god!" Dean exclaimed.
"Dean what the hell was that?!" Sam asked, quickly getting up out if his seat.
"I'm sorry, I-" I stuttered, trying to fold back my outstretched wings.
But, me being clumsy me, I tripped over myself brought my chair down with me, falling in a heap in front of the confused and frightened Winchester brothers.
"C-cass, are those your wings?" Dean asked, clearly terrified.
"Um, yes," I replied, as I slowly stood up, trying not to brake anything else.
"What are you guys talking about?!" Sam yelled, "All I see right now is all of our stuff getting knocked over by itself!"
Great, now I have to tell them.
"Guys?" I asked shyly.
"Can't you see those Sammy?!" Dean yelled, confused.
"Guys!" Okay, now I had their attention, "Sam, only Dean can see my wings, and they're stuck outstretched by the way, so that's why so much stuff got knocked over."
"Oh," Sam started, finally understanding, and I let out a small sigh of relief, "Well can't you just, you know, fold them back up?"
"I'm afraid it's not that simple, I think I'll need to call Gabriel for help," I said as I started a kneel down to call my brother.
"Wait a minute," Dean interjected, "Why am I the only one who can see Cass's wings?"
I was really hoping he wouldn't ask that.
Oh well, here goes nothing.
I sighed and began to explain, "Normally only other angels can see angel's wings, but on some special occasions, humans can see them too. An angel's wings will pop out and make themselves visible to a human only if that human is the angel's true love," I blushed at that last part.
"Are you, are you suggesting what I think you are?"
"Shut up, Dean everyone knows it's true," Sam cut in sarcastically.
Now Dean and I were both red hot, and Sam was clearly trying his best not to burst into laugher at any given moment.
"Whatever. We'll talk about this later. Just call Gabe and get your wings fixed," Dean declared, getting defensive.
So, I kneeled down and called for my brother, and within a few very awkward minutes, he fluttered into the room.
"Sup?" Gabriel asked casually, "Oh."
"Yeah, oh, can you fix them?" I shot back.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah, no need to get snippy. Wait a minute, if your wings are stuck like this, then which Winchester is your true love?"
Why me?
"That's not important."
"It's Dean, isn't it?"
"Shut up, Gabriel!" Dean interrupted, "Just fix his damn wings!"
"Defensive today, aren't we?" Gabriel sassed back as he approached my wings, "Alright, Cass, this is gonna feel...weird...it's um, a different feeling depending on the angel."
I gritted my teeth as he pushed my wings back into place.
"ARGHHHH!" I screamed in pain, catching Sam and Dean off guard as Gabriel finished.
"Woah, Cass, you're good. I'm done," Gabriel assured me.
"I-I've never felt pain like that before."
"Here, sit down," Sam said as he repositioned the chair I previously knocked over.
I sat down and started rubbing my wings, I couldn't help it.
"Don't touch them, Cass, or they'll pop out again," Gabriel advised.
"Whatever," I sighed.
"Hey, don't be mad at me, this is technically Dean's fault."
"Shut up," Dean muttered.
"He's got a point, Dean," Sam nodded.
Dean sighed, annoyed, and did something that I never would've expected.
He grabbed my shirt and pulled me into a kiss. When we broke apart, he just glared at Sam and Gabriel and simply stated, "There, you two happy now?"
"Very," Sam smiled.
"Well, kudos to you guys, but if you don't need me anymore, then I'll just lea-" Gabriel was cut off by his own golden wings bursting out of his shirt, causing him to tumble to the ground, "God dammit"
"Let me guess, wings?" Dean chuckled as he helped Gabriel to his feet.
"Um, Gabriel?" Sam asked nervously.
"Yeah?" Gabriel sighed.
"Why can I see your wings?"
