 The couple exited the room holding hands. Garnet, Steven,and Peridot all gasped. Garnet smirked, "you two seem to be getting along." Steven leaned over to Peridot. "When you find out about money, you owe me 5." Peridot made a strange face. 

Of course earlier they already knew. But, they just wanted to see them really hold hands or anything even. "Yep. We're doing something someone dating would do!" Amethyst said proudly. "Well, just to let you know, you guys look cute together!" Steven cheered. Amethyst playfully rolled her eyes. While Pearl smiled.

"What are you guys doing anyways?" Steven asked with a regular Steven-y voice. "Just going to the beach. And fusing." The two ran out quickly giggling. "Yay! Another fusion!" Steven cheered ,again, running outside following the pair. Peridot and Garnet followed as well."Geez, I wonder what I'd look like as a fusion. But, this cruddy old thing won't work!" Peridot tapped her gem on her forehead. "At least you tried,Peridot." Garnet smiled crossing her arms.

Amethyst and Pearl stood in a stance on the beach. They began dancing and met. When they did, Amethyst scooped up Pearl, dipped her down and kissed her. Creating a light glow from each gem, allowing them to fuse. Opal was reborn once again! "Not to long ago I fused huh, Steven?" She turned to Steven. "Giant woman! Again!" Steven roared. Opal lifted him up. "Woah!" He was a little taller but it still felt good. 

"Gee, it feels good being tall, right,Steven?" Opal asked him. Steven knew who was talking. It was Amethyst. Steven nodded. "How did Amethyst feel when she first fused Opal?" Steven asked. Opal laughed. "She felt like she could do anything!" Opal began smirking. "You know ,Steven. I could tell you how to crystal gems met Amethyst." Steven was speechless. "Really!?" Opal nodded. "Let's see... it was a few thousand years ago. Rose, Pearl, and Garnet were all looking for any extra gems left on the kindergarten. Pearl was exploring alone thinking about many things. Mostly about what'd she do if she did find a gem."

"Pearl went to Amethyst's hole finding a small, purple, adorable gem curled up against the wall holding her knees to her chest. Pearl panicked getting out her spear. The purple gem noticed her. Pearl felt not like attacking instead she had an instinct about this gem. She put away her spear. The purple gem went up to her and put her hand onto Pearl's gem. This made Pearl shiver. Pearl called Rose and Garnet over."

"When she did it made the gem weary. 'Dont worry!' Pearl said to the gem. 'These are my friends! They won't hurt you!' Pearl reached her hand out to the young gem. 'And I am Pearl. We are the crystal gems!' Pearl introduced herself. Rose came to the young gem and Introduced herself, along with Garnet. 'Im Amethyst! I want to be a crystal gem! I want to be with you guys!' Amethyst said as she hugged Pearl. 'Welcome to the team.' They all said. And Pearl carried her back to the temple." Opal finished her long story.

"Woah! I loved the story! Wow." Steven was very happy. Opal laughed. Opal then began to unfuse. "Yep. That's how they found me." Amethyst smiled all embarrassed. "I'm actually glad I'm here. It else they wouldn't be my friends. Greg wouldn't have met rose, had you, and none of this would ever had happened!" Amethyst smiled. (Yeesh that kinda sounded harsh...) 

"Cmon guys. Let's go inside. Next mission we'd have a real reason to fuse. Not that wasn't anything! That was great! But, I'm all storied-out." Everyone raced inside. Not before Amethyst stepped on a glass on the beach. She noticed it was attached to a note. She suspiciously picked it up and hid it in her boot. 

"Come on Amethyst! You take long!" Pearl taunted her. "Fine. You're lucky your cute!" Amethyst dashed in. Pearl sighed as she slammed the door.
