Violet's POV

BEEP....BEEP...BEEP..BEE-

God that stupid alarm clock!

"violet wake up!" my twin sister scarlett said, "hey if you don't get up we're gonna be late"

"OKAY!!! Im up! Just give me ten minutes!"

I haven't formally introduced myself, Im Violet Summers, daughter of Alpha Brett and Luna Angie of the Gray harvest pack, 7th largest and strongest pack in the world, I have a twin sister scarlett, we're basically best friends but complete oppisites, while she loves designers dresses, shoes, bags, loves her carmel colored hair and her white bmw- I on the other hand settle for my jeans, sneakers, and tee-shirts, oh and to top it off I have my glasses and baseball caps. We are oppisites, she's popular and everyone hates me-but my sister, parents, and the children and adults of the pack- so mostly the teens- because im not like my sister. Well anyways today is a special day because today is the day that the beta's son turns 17, which means he can find his mate today. So the beta has arranged a huge party so that Trevor can find his mate.but anyways back to the story

I got outta bed and brushed my teeth and hair the went to my closet to pick out my outfit which consist of a pair of dark blue skinny jeans, a pair of white converse low tops, a white long sleeve, and a white and blue baseball cap, oh and my glasses.

After I finish getting dressed I went downstairs to find my family in the kitchen,

"finally! Took ya long enough!" my sister jokes.

"sorry I don't get up 2 hours before we have to leave to get dressed!" I joke back while smiling

"haha very funny, anyways we got to go, bye mom! Bye dad!" my sister says while grabbing her stuff and giving our parents kisses on the cheek.

"yeah, bye mom, bye dad!" I said also do the same as my sister

As we pull up to our parking space in front of the school my sister turns to me and says

"have a good day okay? Ill see you at lunch, but I might be a few minutes late okay?"

" yeah okay, ill see you then" I say as I get out to car walking into school.

As I walk down the hallway by myself people point and laugh at me while say rude things about me like "what is she wearing", "why cant she be more like her sister?" and "I still cant believe that she is one of the daughters of the alpha, she must be adopted."

I just learn to ignore the comments, b ut they still hurt me, but I don't say anything because that would give them the satisfaction knowing their getting to me. So I just go on about my day until lunch

Lunch

As soon as I walk in the lunch room im hit with the smell of pine and peppermint.

'MATE' my wolf yells as I frantically look around the room, as I do I lock eyes with the one and only......

Trevor west.....

Trevor's POV

As im hit with the smell of rose and coconut my eyes lock with Violet Summers

'MATE' my wolf screams

No....no,no,no,no

Violet cant be my mate! My mate has to be someone like bridget!!! Not violet!!

I get up from my seat and make my way over to violet,

"No way your my mate, my mate has to be someone like Bridget! Not some socially awkward ugly girl. You may have alpha blood but you are not suited to be my mate!!" I yell, even though it breaks my heart to see her like this, with her eyes watery and teared up, "Trevor, don't do this." She pleads "no, I don't want you!!! Therefore, I, Trevor west, reject,Violet Summers, as my mate!" With that I turn to Bridget and kiss her roughly, knowing that violet and the whole cafe can see.

Violets POV

When those words came out his mouth and he kissed Bridget on the lips I turned around and ran, rights past my sister who was completely oblivious to everything that just happened, all the way to the pack house and up to my room where I slammed and locked the door and pounced on my bed in sobs, I cried for about 3 hours and that's when I heard my sister saying the party in starting from the other side of my door. "I'm gonna be down in a few!!"

But that didn't happen, that's when I had this pain that was unbearable, 'what's happening!?' I asked my wolf, 'he's marking another' she replied back. The pain only lasted for a few seconds but felt like hours.

That's it

'We need to leave' I told my wolf

'What about your parents and your sister!......what about our mate??' She asked

(Btw her wolfs name is Jess)

'Jess, he doesn't want us, and mad for our family we'll see them again but for now we need to go' I replied back

'Okay.......we'll go'

I wrote a note to my family that said

Dear mom, dad, and Scarlett,

I'm gone. And don't look for me, I'm sorry I left without saying anything but I had to do this, loosing my mate is unbearable, but I wasn't going to kill myself so this was the next option, we'll see each other someday but I need time to be with my self and my wolf needs healing. Scar, I hope you find your mate and he treats you like a princess, you deserve it. You'll always be my sister and best friend.

Mom and dad, keep running this pack successfully, and don't look for me or cause harm to who I tell you my mate is, I love you guys forever.

As for trevor, I know you marked another, mates aren't supposed to do that to each other but you don't care for my feelings obviously, but I hope she can live up to your standards as a mate, but lets face it. No one is going to be better than me. But for now I don't care, you can kiss my ass, because next time you see me your going to regret rejecting me.

And with that I packed 2 pairs of jeans, 2 shirts and all my allowance since I was 11, which came out to be 170,000 dollars

Then I jumped out my window and ran, not turning back
