No, this cant be happening! She was dying right in front of me. I pulled her close into my arms. All her blood flooding the floor.

The next thing I knew the EMT'S came busting through the door. They pulled me off of her and wheeled steph into the ambulance.

I watched as it sped away. I ran as fast as I could to my car and sped to catch up with them.

When I reached the hospital, I didnt even care how I parked or what laws I was breaking, I needed to save my friend. As soon as I went into the hospital I ran behind the nurses and doctors who were caring for steph.

I was in a panic, my adrenaline was on full blast. I made it into the room. I ran in but they told me I needed to get out.

They shut the door and I looked through the glass, trying to figure out what was going on.

A doctor came out the room, "Miss we dont know who you are, but you seem really close to her. We managed to save her. You can come in and see her now."

I walked in and she looked terrible. I was scared and I didnt even recognize who she was. She had her eyes closed. I was sure that I lost her.

This made me realize that all this bickering was a waste of our damn time. I needed to apologize to her and mend our relationship because life is too short.

I walked up closer to Stephani. I held her hand and kissed it. I gently rubbed the side if her face and she started twitching a little.

Tears ran down my face. I held onto her hand again. "Stephani, I know you cant hear me right now or maybe you can. I love you steph and I've known you for 6 years. I feel so bad about how things went down. I miss our friendship and I miss you. Im so sorry and I want you to know that. I hate what Aaron did to you and he will pay for it, I promise. Stephani please come back to me."

I gripped her hand, as tears ran down my face some more. I went and sat down in the chair across from her. After an hour I fell asleep.

I was awakened by the terrifying sounds of a beeping monitor. I screamed for someone to come help. A bunch of people in scrubs ran in and one lady told me to wait outside and she stayed beside me for comfort.

They ripped the scrub from steph's chest and pulled out the reviving machine. They must have been trying for at least 15-20 minutes. I was frantic. I couldnt tell what was going on or what was going to happen.

I looked at the doctors face and all I saw was worry in his eyes. I looked closely at his facial expression and he shook his head in disappointment.

He walked out of the room and my heart sank. I looked at him and then at the monitor and back to him. The monitor had a flat line. "Miss, shes gone. We cant save. Sorry for your loss." I fell to the ground. My bestfriend was gone.
