There once was a girl named Janet. Janet was 5 and lived on her own. But not alone. Children had come from all over the world to live on their own. But not alone. A tree lived and in she lived the tree. The tree was humongous. Peter called it "A Tree house." No one talks about the girls whom lived among those boys. Who slaved over food or washed the clothes from their backs? Girls. You'd think they would call the stories "The Lost Children." But I guess "The Lost Boys" rolled better of their tongues. Or maybe because of what happened to the girls was really lost somewhere down the line. Girls mature and grow. Boys on the other hand grow and never mature. But like told in the stories the boys never age, mentally. But once the girls turn into woman they are cast out to the lagoon because they don't need a mother no more. But the more the woman casted out the less girls Peter brought to the Tree house. Soon there were only 6 woman left at the lagoon for the rest had died off. "Janet, Janet, Janet" the fairies whispered one night. Janet, now 25, slowly stalked towards the calling voices to come upon the fairy king and queen. They said, "We hear your sorrowful cries every night and wish to soothe the pain with a wish but one wish only." Janet sat and thought over night thinking of how to use her wish. She thought, I have aged well and the rest of the woman have not fared in beauties favor. Her heart knew only lustful and hateful thought which gave her heart a bitter taste. Returning to the fairy king and queen Janet spoke her wish, "I wish all us woman at the lagoon to fare in beauties favor forever" while joyously throwing her hands up to the sky. With a sprig of fairy dust the deed will be fully complete over night. Giddy Janet ran back to the lagoon and fell asleep awaiting the arrival of tomorrow. To forever be in favor of beauty you must first be immortal and keep in mind Janet only thought about the outside and not the inside. And all the woman's hearts were very distorted with ugliness, bitterness, and hatefulness. A trick a wish can play is it will distort what you mean and a wish will accommodate to its surroundings it's given. Janet and the other 5 woman woke to tails instead of legs but outside beauty beyond comparison. The day after the wish was set in motion Wendy came along. They planned for a whole week on how to kill Wendy in spite of her.
