Chapter 11: Heartbeat

(Hikaru's POV)

"Your having triplets!!" Shin said excitedly.
"T-Triplets?" I ask trying to believe and he nod. "I can not expect that I can have triplets!!" I said happily.

I need to tell hachi!!!

As I walk downstairs trying to find hachi.
I went everywhere but I can't see him.

When I went to the empty house at the back of the bath house,I saw hachi's back..

"Ha-" when I'm going to call his name I saw him kissing my mother,that's why I hide for them not to see me.

"Hibiki I still love you.." hachi says..
"I love you too hachi.." mom say.

I feel betrayed,My mom and the one I love.
My father didn't know what mom is doing..
I broke down to my knees crying.

When I saw shin in front of me standing,he carry me and went to my room.

(Hakuchi's POV)

"Why did you call me here hachi?" Hibiki ask. "I'm in a relationship with your child." I said bluntly,hibiki smirk and said "I already know." "I want to take him as my responsibility starting today." I said and he nod smiling.

"Can I kiss you,one last time?" I ask and he ask "why?" "Because I want to feel if my feelings are gone." I answer then I kiss hibiki. "I still love you." I said "I love you too." Hibiki answer.

"But-" we both said and laugh at our dramatic lines.

"But as a friend." We both said again and laugh. "Take care of my child. I trust you."
hibiki advice then I nod.

As I went inside our Bedroom, I saw my little angel crying on shijirou's shoulder.

"What happened?" I ask and shijirou stand then punch my face.

"How dare you cheat on hikaru!" He shouted at me while He continue to punch my face.

"Shin! Stop please!" Hikaru stopped shijirou by holding his fist that I think will break my face on his one last punch.

(Hikaru's POV)

"Why!? Why are you stopping me!?"
Shijirou shouted at me. "I-its hurting m-me shijirou...t-to see the o-one I love getting hurt." I answered along with my trembling body and voice and tears flowing down my face.

Shijirou stand up ruffled my hair.
"Geez! Stop crying already. You know, you two should talk about this." after Shijirou left the room, I quickly embrace uncle hachi.

"Hic! I'm sorry unc-hic! Its alright if you continue cheating me as long as your by my side." I cried between hiccups.

"What are you saying? I'm not cheating on you!" Uncle denied. "Liar! I saw you and mother kissing!!" I shouted and he laugh.

"What's so Funny?" I raise my right eyebrow wondering. "Okay,I'll apologize for the kiss but that's just a test and a farewell kiss." He tried to explained and again, I wondered.

"Test? Farewell?" I ask. "Well...A test because I want to confirm if my feelings are gone and a farewell because my feelings are already long gone." He said.

"I said to your mother that I will take you as my responsibility from now on." He whispered to my ear and I felt myself blush like the color of a tomatoe.

He stand,kneel in front of me and take a small box from his pocket, when he opened it,I saw a sapphire ice ring that is shining like a ocean below the white crystal moon.

"Hikaru, will you agree on being my Wife?"

Silence surround the whole room and the only thing I hear is my heartbeat, beating fastly like a drum.

"...........Yes............"
