It Wasn't Over

2 days later, we were stalking a group of Glyphil troops when one of them heard Razer step on a rock it made a crunching sound under his boot. He panicked and ducked when the Glyphil troops started walking this way I pulled out my knife, and nodded to the other guys. They did the same. When the leader of the group walked near me I jumped out pinned him on the ground and slit his throat. Then I pulled my side arm out and fired 18 shots and killed the other 6. I used the hand signal to tell my squad to follow me.  

Then when I saw a rock about the size of the one Razer stepped on I pointed at him and said "I swear if you step on that rock I will personally kill you" then we all started laughing and Razer's face started to turn red. We laughed so hard I couldn't breathe for like 30 seconds, but it was so funny. "Guys that's not funny. That was mean" Razer said "How old are you? 6." Lemins replied. I turned to Lemins and said "I wouldn't be talking Mr. I'm crying in a corner" "You guys are seriously bringing that up" "Were all going to die boo hoo hoo" Raptor said laughing. 

Lemins face got red too he pulled out his side arm, loaded and cocked it "Safety's on idiot" "No its not" he looks down "Dang it is" then we all started laughing at him again. This time he started walking away we said "Bye, Bye Baby" we all started laughing even more after that comment. He turned around with a really creepy smile and started running toward us with his knife. I dove out of the way when he came towards me; Raptor did the same, Razer decided to um well kick him in the soft spot. I started laughing even harder. He dropped to the ground crying. 

I said "Screw it" I hit Lemins on the head with the stock of my gun. Lemins got knocked out so I dragged his body all the way to base. I then used a power-shock tool and woke him up. He said "What was that for?" "Stop crying I said, but you continued so now---". Over the transmission your hear "Get your best men in a Hawk I want you to stalk those men." "Yes Sir, but sir isn't that against regulations?" "I don't care" 

When I heard that comm. I knew he was against the Marines so I asked Razer "I need you to come with me to the Power room" I was going to restart the power, so I could turn on the A.A Guns. A.A stands for Anti-Air. I was going to shoot them down. I have no regrets over this. I saw them turn their cloaks on I knew exactly where they were. They didn't know where I was. I aimed and fired BOOM, BOOM the A.A. Gun fired. Then I watched the Hawk crash into the side of the hill.  

I knew he would be back with more troops so I was ready. He had sent 19 Hawks out of the Dropship. I got my squad moving quickly; Later that night we found an old abandoned mining town. One of the hotels had some lights on so we moved in silently. When I peeked through the door there were people in there! Humans! I opened the door and said "All firearms on the ground this is the Marines" someone yelled "THANK GOD!" There were five people 4 males, 1 female. They all looked at me, I knew that were scared so I set my men up around the perimeter. I however was trying to get some shut eye. I took off my helmet and noticed the girl was staring at me. I asked "What do you need?" she replied "You look familiar" "My men are the ones who stayed behind when Base 19 got attacked you guys and my men are the last humans on Syphrin." 

"WHAT! MY FAMILY!" "If they were on this planet they are probably dead by now" I was finished taking off my chest plate when she ran over to me and started crying. I thought "This will not end well"
