You may wonder if the happy, friendly, and purple dinosaur is really so friendly and happy at all. I thought he was but when you hear about the time I saw him in the woods you will begin to realize just how dark he can be.

My parents can be a little annoying sometimes and I am not such a good person when I am annoyed so I go to the woods to cool off. The woods was always my happy place but not so much anymore after seeing what I saw yesterday. Every childs favorite purple dinosaur stood there but he had turned gray right before my eyes and his eyes turning as red as blood. He sprouted black, devilish wings on his back. I saw the very demonic side to Barney. His teeth, razorsharp as well as the spikes on his back. I could hardly remember how he looked on the show I watched as a small child. This was absolutely horrific. I was petrified, seeing him shovel millions of small animals in his mouth. I watched for moments but at that last second of watching he turned his head to me, smiling a grin you would see only on the face of a monster. I was so shocked that I couldn't move but I finally turned around and ran. I wanted to scream but no sound would come out. I ran all the way to my house and through the door. The next moment I found myself upstairs, pulling a gun with a silver bullet out of the dresser of the master bedroom. Minutes later I stood in front of him, pointing the gun to him and pulling the trigger. He fell. The world was at peace and that dinosaur would never trick us into enjoying that annoying show again.
