Chapter 9- movie day

I woke up to 'The inconvenience by These Hearts' blaring from my alarm. I turned it off and crawled out of bed. I didn't have any plans today so I decided to just throw on something comfortable and change out of my short shorts and tank top because I was freezing! 

"WHAT THE HECK MOM?! WHY IS IT SO COLD IN HERE?!" I yelled, I didn't get an answer. "MOM?!" No answer again. She's probably just at work.

I grabbed my outfit and laid it down on my bed. (Picture at the top) I went into my bathroom and took a quick shower. I got out dried off and wrapped myself in a towel, I then put my hair in a towel and walked into my bedroom.

I screamed as I saw Ace sitting on my bed doing something on his phone. He looked up when I screamed. His eyes slowly traveled up my body. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING IN HERE?!" I screamed at him as I pulled my towel tighter around my body. 

"Well, I came over to see if you wanted to hang out today but you were in the shower so I just hung out on your bed, now we are here." He said looking back down at his phone.

"UGH!" I groaned as I grabbed my outfit off my bed and ran to my closet. I changed in my closet and walked out.

"Okay, what do you want to do?" I said taking a seat next to him on the bed. 

"I don't know, do you want to watch movies? I can order Pizza!" He said getting excited about the pizza. I laughed a little at his actions. "Yeah okay, you go ahead and order a pizza and I will get some movies." I said and he whipped out his phone before I could even get up. I walked toward my TV and went to my movie choice. I picked out 5 movies. Neighbors 2, legally blonde, The duff, Wolverine, and It Follows.

I threw the movies on the bed, "Which one first?" I asked spreading them out so he could see all of them. 

    "Neighbors 2 first." He said picking it up and tossing it to me. I popped it into the DVD player and watched as my TV sprung to life. I watched as movie ads roll on the flat screen. I ran down stairs and got some snacks.

Ace was going back home after we finished our 3rd movie. We watched Neighbors 2, then Wolverine, and lastly It Follows. I kept hiding my face in Ace's chest if it got too scary. I think he liked it, it was really weird. But it was probably nothing. 

"See you later Andy!" Ace yelled out his window closing it and shutting his blinds. I closed my window also and then my blinds.

It wasn't until 6:00 until I heard someone downstairs. 

"MOM?!" I yelled. 

"YEAH ITS ME SWEETIE! COME DOWN STAIRS PLEASE I HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL YOU!" She yelled back and I walked out of my room and down the spiraling stairs. I walked through the hall that led to the kitchen and sat down on one of the barstools. 

"Yes, mom?" I asked as she wiped down the counters even though they were already clean. 

"Well, tomorrow afternoon the Emma and are going out for lunch so I wanted you to know I'll have to work a little later than usual, okay?" She asked wiping down the final part of the counter and looking up at me. 

"Okay mom, I'm going to bed, see you in the morning love you." I said giving my mom a quick squeeze and running up stairs to my room.

I was about to fall asleep when I hear a door slam. It wasn't in our house so it had to be...Ace. I opened up my blinds and window and tapped on Ace's. He opened up and I crawled through his window. 

"What's up with all the ruckus?"I asked sitting down on his bed. 

"It's my Mom!" He said sitting down next to me and bouncing his leg. 

"What happened?" I asked now curious. 

"She said I can't go to a party for a month!" He said now pacing his room, I stood up dumbfounded. 

"Really?! That's why you're mad? You can't go to a party?! I don't even get invited to parties!" I yelled getting kind of annoyed because he woke me up just because of a few stupid party's.

I climbed out his window and into my room. I closed my window and shut my blinds, I made sure to lock the window too then I curled up under my covers and drifted into a deep sleep.
