The Orphange

...Chapter 2...

I'm walking back home from school when I feel an intense pain in my ribs. I collapse onto the floor calling for help. I could make out 2 shadowy figures in the distance. They rushed towards me.

Girl 1 : 'W-what happened? Can we help?'

I said nothing.

Girl 2 : 'I'll call for help.' *Dialling on her phone*

Later

I woke up. I was in a bright room I could hear faint but familliar voices, they were the girls from before.

Chyna : 'Hi, i'm glad you're awake my name's Chyna.' *Smiles*

The other girl walks in.

Mia : 'Ah, glad to see you're awake my name's Mia. I went out and got us all lunch I didn't know what drink you wanted so I just got you water. I hope you don't mind.'

I just smiled. She handed me my lunch, I felt like we are great friends already. After I had finished my lunch I fell to sleep. The girls let me be.

Sophia : 'W-what did you do to mummy daddy?'

Dad : 'I DID NOTHING, YOU SAW NOTHING OKAY?'

Sophia : 'Y-you-'

Dad : 'I DID NOTHING! REMEMBER YOU KEEP YOUR SWEET LITTLE MOUTH SHUT WHEN THE POLICE GET HERE OKAY?' *Takes a knife out of mummy's head*

I was so scared I didn't know what to do so I nodded my head unknowingly. Could my life get any worse?

I was screaming and crying kicking my legs in the air. The girls rushed in.

Mia : 'A-are you okay? You were screaming and crying.'

Chyna : 'What is it? Tell us.'

I stayed silent wiping my tears away. They haven't earned my trust...yet.
