When we got to the thirteenth floor, we saw a bunch of police and the press, and other people jumbled up in a group. We ignored it and started looking for room 207. But then a crying girl caught my eye. She ran out of the huge jumble of people and sat by them crying. "Chaitu," I said, "Look at that really pretty girl that's crying."

"What about her?"

"She looks so sad, we should go cheer her up!"

"Thuvi that's not what we're here for, let's just go to room 207." I rolled my eyes at him and went to the girl. Chaitu was too scared to stand alone, so he followed me.

"Hi," I said, "I'm Thuvi, and this is Chaitu. I saw you crying and felt like you needed some cheering up. Why are you crying?"

"Hi," she said, still crying. "I'm Anamika. Someone really close to my heart got murdered. That's why the police and press are gathered up here." For some reason, while we were talking to Anamika, people were staring at us strangely. We kept on talking to her and we made her feel better.

"Chaitanya Akkineni! Thuveeshya Sukumar! Come here right now!" Mom shouted. "Does it take this long to get two small things?! Look at the time! It's 10:20! I was so worried!" Mom yelled more,

"Mom, Chaitu and I are 17 years old, we can handle ourselves. Why were you afraid?"

"What if something happened to you?!" She yelled even more and took us back to our place. When I turned around to say bye to Anamika, Anamika wasn't there.
