"Hey, what's your name?" said the charming boy.
"Oh, u-um. M-my name i-is Ashley. What's yours?" I responded stuttering.
"My name's Ryan. I'm new here and I have no idea where my class is." Ryan said slamming his locker closed.
"Oh, I can show you. What's your next hour?" I said still blushing. He leaned against the lockers rubbing his neck nervously.
"I think I have science next." replied Ryan.
"Why was he so attractive?"Ashley thought to herself.
"Okay, I can walk you there if you like," said Ashley.
"I'd like that a lot actually.." murmured Ryan, now blushing.
"So where are you from?"
"Austin, Texas. I came a really long way to get here. My dad got a new job for car parts and stuff."
"Cool. So, are you enjoying your stay so far?"
"Well, I am now...." Ashley's face turned red.
Ashley ended up letting out a small giggle.
"It should be the next one on the left, Ryan. See you later..."

Lunch
Ashley couldn't stop blushing, grinning, and thinking about Ryan.
"I wonder when I'm going to see him again.... I hope after lunch." thought Ashley.
Scarlet came up and sat in the seat next to Ashley.
"What is it? Who was it? Spill it now!" exclaimed Scarlet. Ashley giggled and sighed day dreaming.
"Have you met him yet? He's so handsome and romantic." said Ashley.
"Met who? Should I know something that I don't right now?"
"Oh, you haven't met him yet.... "
"Okay. At least tell me his name."
"It's Ryan. I don't know his last name though. He's so dreamy and attractive. He didn't know where his class was and I had to take him there. All I know about his schedule is that he has science first hour in the west wing."
"Girl, you're really crushing on this guy. You need to see him again!" exclaimed Scarlet.

Locker Area
Ashley was gathering her books to head to her next hour. She peeked around her locker door to see if "he" was there, but he wasn't. He wasn't been at his locker all day besides earlier that morning.
"I wonder where he went..." thought Ashley.

Math Class
She walked into her favorite hour, Math. Ashley walked over to her seat and sat down. She picked up her book and began reading. "To Kill A Mockingbird" was her absolute favorite book that she had ever read. Whenever she read it, she felt like she related to the characters, but she could never figure out why. She was so zoned out that she didn't realize what was going on in the classroom around her. Everyone was huddled in one corner of the classroom. Once her fairly new teacher, Mr. Buklin, walked in, Ashley closed her book and everyone returned back to their seats.
"Okay class, we have a new student joining us. In fact, actually my son. I have seen that everyone has already been acquainted with him before class started." said Mr. Buklin. Ashley turned around looking for the new student, then saw him. She sat staring at Mr. Buklin with a wide open mouth.
"Ryan?! The hot guy that made me walk him to class?! He full out lied to me!" Ashley thought to herself angrily. Ashley looked around the room for Ryan, but couldn't see him anywhere. Unexpectedly, she felt a gentle tapping on her shoulder and turned around.
"Can you please st-" Ashley stopped to see Ryan looking straight into her eyes. "Oh, it's you. Why'd you lie to me earlier? You know you could've actually told me that your dad was my math teacher," said Ashley, trying to annoy Ryan angrily.
"I thought that you'd think that I was weird considering that I didn't even know where my first hour was..." replied Ryan. Ashley turned back around and began grinning. Ryan tapped Ashley's shoulder again and handed her a piece of paper.
"We should text..." the paper read. Ashley bit her lip and began writing her number onto the small piece of scrap paper. She turned around and handed the piece of paper back to Ryan. He put the piece of paper into his pant pocket.

After Class
"Talk to you later, Ash." said Ryan.
Ashley grinned and turned to walk away when Ryan tapped her on the shoulder again. She turned around to see what was going on.
"Call me," said Ryan sweetly. He then turned away and began walking to his next class. Ashley stood in the center of the hallway in awe at what had just happened. Once she finally realized that she was going to be late to her next class, she hurriedly went to her locker, wishing for school to end...
