Cool metal touched his wrist,
A wicked smile placed on his lips.
No regret showed in his eyes,
Just a nod in her direction.
No life shown in her eyes,
A mid-way scream shown on her lips.
Doctors and police horrified,
Seeing a monster that a human can be.
No one says anything,
Just wraps the body in a white bag.
Then again,
Only the worst can happen in this town.
Within a decade:
Two suicides,
Two beaten deaths,
One drunken death.
What more can this town take?
Well, Destiny and Fate are about to test that out.
Because after all,
The Domino Effect and Love go hand-in-hand.
