Chapter 6

*2 weeks later*

I'm walking to my dorm carrying my bags. I've missed Charlie so much. I open the door to see an empty dark room. I turn the lights on and my bed is still made, so is Charlie's... It must've been from when he left the room this morning. I dump my stuff down then go to find and surprise him.
At first I look in the library. He's not there. Cafeteria, not there either, I walk down the halls past the classes he might possibly be in. But he's not in any of them.
I go to the service dest in the front of the dorms. "Um hello, can you please tell me the whereabouts of another student?"... She takes a while to answer because she sits there holding her finger up at me while scrolling through her computer.... Annoying I know.
Finally she looks at me and says, "sorry how can I help you?" I reply instantly. "Yeah ummm, I was wondering if you could tell me where my roommate is?" "Okay what's his name?" She doesn't seem to be enjoying her job very much... "Charlie Lenehan." She looks at me with a confused look on her face.
"Oh... You haven't been to your dorm yet....?" Ummm, yeah I have.. What is she talking about..? "Um no yeah I have, that's where I came from... Why?" "Oh, um there's a note for you in there, I think its under your pillow or something..." Okayyy... So that's scaring me... Without saying goodbye or thank you I turn around and start walking back to my dorm. Why didn't he just call me? Where is he? So many thoughts like this are jumbling through my mind at the moment, all I know is that he hasn't answered several of my calls and this note is probably why...
I get to my room and through my pillow half way across the room to get to the note... Oops...
I start to read........
