Treasure the Memories - A Poem

Poor little girl lies feeble and weak,
glistening tears fall on her cheek.
Her parents crying in hysterical despair,
their hearts had been broken, never to repair.
A princess for a day that was her dream,
her eyes lit up like the sun they would beam.
Monty the Jester making jokes throughout day,
Snow White laughed along while she led the way.
That magical day she'll always remember,
until that blustery night in September.
Though her life may now be a journey of the past,
her memories remain and forever they will last.
Cancer waits for no one,
create these moments before they are gone.
Treasure these memories and never forget,
take every chance and please do not regret.
