When you meet

You were walking home from school in deep thought not paying any attention to anything. After a while of walking you heard a weird popping noise. Being used to that sound you just brushed it off like it was nothing.
When you got home nobody was there (as usual). Your dad was on a business trip and your mom died when you where ten. You were a lonely girl and only had two close friends (F/n) and (2/f/n). You decided to play some music since you didn't like lonely dead silence. You put on Bring Me To Life (evanescence) and began to sing along.
"How can you see into my eyes like open doors? Leading you down into my core, oh I've become so numb, without a soul, my spirit sleeping somewhere cold, until you find it there and lead it back...home" "Wake me up!", the voice startled you, you'd never heard it before.
You spin around to see a pretty cute guy. The guy had messy brown hair and pale skin, you couldn't see anything else because there were orange goggles and a mouth guard mask thingy, but you could see the outline of his features.
"Hey earth to (y/n)" you jumped you hadn't realized you were staring at him, you felt the heat rise to your cheeks.
"H-how do you know my n-name"
You managed to stutter out. He cracked his neck and replied "well, (y/n) I've been watching you for a while" you laughed "that's not creepy at all... Well since you know my name, it's only fair that I know yours or I can just call you Mr.stalker" he chuckled "Toby" he held his hand out and after slight hesitation you took it.
