Find something to distract you temporarily and calm you down. Music, art, a good book, a good movie, and a good video game will work well. Say if you get real mad, this thing needs to be able to calm you down and distract you without you damaging anything. Don't start taking your emotions out on other people, yourself, or other things. That will make your situation worse.
