Christiano's POV
"Let go of me! My fucking daughter is in there!" I yelled as I thrashed around in my brother and dad's arms. "Autumn is going to be fine. Calm down Chri-" My dad started to say before an explosion sent us all flying to the lawn.
I slammed into the well kept grass head first.

I sat up. "AUTUMN!" I screamed. I looked around and saw everyone laying on the floor, passed out. Fiery pieces of the mansion came flying at us. I dragged everyone behind the car, tears streaming down my face.

It's all my fault. I broke my promise of keeping you safe Autumn. I have failed the family and your mom. Oh no, your mom. She's going to be devastated. I sat down and stared at the flaming mansion. "I'm so sorry my little princess." I whispered.

I felt hands on my shoulder. Will. "I'm so sorry sir. I know how much you loved her." He said his eyes glossy.

"Loved her? She was my pride and joy." I chuckled. "She was the perfect combination of me and my love of my life. Autumn should have been born into a more safer family. This is all my fault. I lost my sunshine." I whispered the last part as tears fell.

"If only I could tell her the truth about me and Taytum. She told me that she'd kill Autumn if I didn't date her. I loved Autumn and I always will." Will said as he sat next to me.

I looked at the teen. He truly loved my little girl. "You two would've been happy together." I commented as we stared at the mansion. "Thanks sir but it's too late. I wish it were me instead." "I agree." I chuckled. Will chuckled as well.

For at least 10 minutes, me and Will sat staring at the burning mansion. We finally got up and loaded all of the unconscious men into the car. We drove off towards the estate. The drive was silent, except for the sniffles coming from me and Will.

We sadly arrived to the estate. I left the men in the car, I didn't have enough energy to drag them. Will walked behind me as I entered the home.

"Honey? Are you okay?" My wife asked me as she came running. She stopped. "Where's Autumn?" I said nothing and looked at my feet. "Christiano, answer me. Where the hell is my daughter?!" She yelled. I heard more footsteps approaching.

"She's dead." I whispered, my voice cracking at the end. I looked up and saw my wife's face fall. "Oh my god." Ellison whispered as she fell to the floor. She was sobbing and yelling. I turned around and saw Will crying as well. My mom was comforting Ellison as she was sobbing.

I ran. I ran out of the kitchen and into Autumn's room. I sat on her bed and put my head in my hands. I was shaking uncontrollably and tears were streaming down my face.

I felt something fluffy rub my side. I looked up and saw a little kitten looking up at me. "Oh, hey PB." I whispered as I picked up the feline. I smiled. I got Autumn him last year.

I found him on the side of the road, almost starving to death with Autumn in the car. She jumped out and picked up the little ball of fur. She ran back to me and grabbed one of the meatballs from our to go bag. Autumn sat in the back seat as she fed the little cat the ball of meat. "Can I keep him Papa?" She asked with big eyes. I smiled as I looked at my beautiful girl and the kitten. "Sure princess."

"I'm sorry PB but Autumn's not coming back. I'm sorry bud." I whispered as I pet his little head. He looked at me before licking my tears away. I smiled. "Thanks PB." I put him down and looked at the Polaroid board in front of me. I walked up and saw memories.

From Autumn's first gun lesson, to her cuddling with PB. One picture caught my eye. I unpinned it from the board and stared at it.

It was me and her. Taking a picture before her first mission. We were smiling so big because she did such a good job. I smiled as tears fell. I looked out the window and saw the sun had set.
