I felt as if my life had changed in an instance. Julian seemed like a really sweet boy.
Further description: dimples in his checks and his eyes sparkled when he smiled.
My fifth period class went by in a blur all I could think about was Julian. I know he probably didn't like me but hell it was worth a try right.
I got home that day around 4:00 and I was home by myself as usually. I login to Facebook and searched for a Julian Parker he popped up on my screen but I didn't have the guts to send a friend request so I just scrolled through his page and came a crossed a picture of a really pretty girl I was devastated in till I read the caption happy 21st birthday to my cousin Tiffany. I sat there for a good 30 minutes just looking through his photos when my phone went off. It was Rachel.
Me:you scared the shit out of me
Rachel:sorry girl what are u doing Saturday?
Me:nothing why?
Rachel:there is a party and u know who's going to be there?
Me:have no idea
Rachel:Julian
Me:oh (acts surprised)
Rachel:come on it will be fun
Me:idk
Rachel:please just this one party
Me:I'll have to ask my parents first
Rachel:OK get back to me as soon as u find out where I can get u an outfit
Me:what's wrong with my clothes?
Rachel:nothing they are just not party material
Me:(acts insulted) oh
Rachel:I didn't mean anything by it Paige I just meant
Me:(interprets) i know u didn't
Rachel:OK then just let me know
Me:ok
My dad got home late that night and I asked him if I could spend the night with Rachel Friday night and all Saturday.
Dad:sure why not u need to get out of the house anyway
Me:thanks dad I love u so much
Dad:ur welcome and I love u too
Me:I'm going to call Rachel and tell her.
I got to my room and dialed Rachel's number by heart it rung three times and she picked up.
Rachel:hey we ago
Me:yep for Friday and Saturday
Rachel:k see u tomorrow
Me:kk girl love ya
Rachel:love ya too girl
Later that night around 10:30.
I couldn't sleep so I got up and got back on Facebook I just couldn't get my head off of Julian. I searched through his recent updates apparently he runs track and field and is really good at it. I'll just have to remember that where I can go to a track meet one day.
