*Still in Dippers POV*
"What do you mean?" Bill questioned, I shook my head in response, my body trembled unexpectedly.
"I feel like I'm at a funeral and someone died a horrible death...." I answered, his eyes widened, he looked worried. I didn't know what was going on, but it must be that bad to make Bill's chill drain from his body. He stood from the couch as did I, holding my stomach in pain.
"Who haven't we seen for a while?" He asked in a fast sentence. I thought on that question, actually we haven't been hanging out with Travis lately, not ever since Thursday when he said he'd been feeling sick and didn't wanna play soccer, surprising since he loved soccer and would never bail on a game.
"Travis?" He asked, I nodded. Bill paled, all the sudden we were in a place I didn't recognize, it was dark and it had a long hall with so many doors. He looked down at me and grabbed my hand in his. I held on tight, from the look on his face, I knew this place was dangerous. But I think it was a building. But the floor was a dark grey and had scratches leading to different directions. The walls had ketchup on it, or was that blood? I'm leaning towards the blood since I didn't see any boxes of McDonalds' fries anywhere in sight, the ceiling seemed to just go up so high it became a black endless void.
"Stay close, this isn't anything compared to the Nightmare Realm." I've heard him explain the Nightmare Realm to me once or twice, but he's never actually brought me there. So I didn't know what that place looked like, he's said that it was a dark place and filled with weird creepy nightmares of all the children, adults and even the angels. But this Realm, I didn't know it and if it's more worse than the Nightmare Realm, then something horribly wrong must really be happening.
"Where are we exactly?" I asked, grip tightening on his hand.
"Hell." I gaped at him, he's joking right?
"Nope. I would never pull a stunt like this." That was actually true, he wouldn't joke about such thing.
"Th-then what are we doing here?" I asked, looking at all the doors as we passed, they were all different colors, each with different shades, some were even pastel colors, they looked nice, I mean for a place called Hell. it had bright colors here. I wanted to open them all and look. But I'm smarter than that, I knew what might lay beyond them.
"It might be Alexis..." My eyes widened, I remember her like yesterday, that cruel demon that tortured Travis mentally. I could never get the image of Alexis out of my head after that day she visited back in kindergarten.
"But what does this have to do with Travis?"
"Well, Alexis is his demon right?" I nodded, starting to piece it together slowly as he explained.
"Then maybe that feeling you got like someone was dying just might be true, but since we haven't seen Travis in a while, it might mean Alexis took him and something might have happened, I'm not saying he's dead though..."
"Wh-what does she want with him?" Bill only looked down at me with furrowed brows and a frown, I wrapped my arms around his one arm, shivering from fear.
"There could be a lot of things really, his soul, his vessel, she could turn him into half of a demon, she could even just kill him for her own fun, I dunno Pine Tree..." I think I'm petrified for life. My grip tightened on Bill, at this point I didn't ever want to let go of him.
