Doctor Beware.

Chapter 3:

~Luna's point of view~

The Doctor  walks over and takes my hand and pulls me into a hug.

"Its okay." The Doctor whispers in my ear, whenever I hear him say that, it makes me feel so much better.

The Doctor kisses me on the forehead, and doesn't let go of my hand.

He looks into my eyes.

"Luna, I will never let anybody hurt you. I will never stop protecting you." The Doctor says, putting a hand through my hair.

"Doctor, my ex was out there," I choke out, letting more tears fall.

"He had a gun, he wants you dead." I put my head on his shoulder as he puts his arms around me.

I let more and more tears fall.

"Luna, don't worry about me, I'll be safe. Trust me, I'm The Doctor." I chuckle a little when he says that, but I still have a terrible worry, that won't go away.

The Doctor smiles back at me.

He keeps holding my hand and walks towards the TARDIS doors.

I pull on his arm like a little kid.

The Doctor turns back at me.

"Luna. It's okay. Just stay behind me, I'm going to try to work this out." The Doctor gives me a light smile.

I give a nervous smile back.

The Doctor opens the doors, and there is Alex. I start to shake in fear, as The Doctor squeezes my hand tight.

Alex just stands there, with his hand on his gun in his pocket.

"Listen, Alex," The Doctor starts to say, but pauses.

"We need to talk. Luna is engaged to me, she does not want you, can't you respect that?" The Doctor continued.

"No, Luna's mine, she's been mine until you took her away and probably almost got her killed!" Alex says.

The Doctor looks down and lets a few tears out.

"I'm done arguing with you. It's not something I'd like to do all day. Let's just let Luna decide who she wants." The Doctor replies, still holding my hand but steps to the side.

"I am in love with The Doctor. Not you, Alex." I say, standing proud, and not scared, for once.

~The Doctor's point of view~

I step back in front of Luna to protect her incase Alex gets ideas.

I turn back around and whisper,

"I'm in love with you too, Luna." I kiss her on the cheek, and smile as she smiles back.

~Luna's point of view~

"Now, would you please leave, Alex?" The Doctor says in a stern, serious voice.

"No, how about you give me Luna now, and I'll spare you." Alex says, taking the gun and pointing it at The Doctor.

"Alex don't do it!" I yell try to push through The Doctor but he kept pushing me back, I started to cry, knowing I couldn't do anything, or maybe I could...

You know what they say,

'You'd do anything for the one you love.'

"No. Luna wants to be with me, and I want to be with her." The Doctor replies.

Alex loads the gun as I scream.

"NO!" I yell, and start to cry, as I push through The Doctor with as much force I can and jump in front of him.

"Luna! NO!" The Doctor screams, letting a few tears out.

Alex pulls the trigger and hits me. I fall to the ground and before I black out I hear both The Doctor and Alex scream.

"Doctor," I whisper as he kneels down next to me.
