Almost lost you

Yuvraj heard each and every word Dadi and rags just said he was shocked, broken and hit on the core of his heart. He stumbled towards his room and looked at Suhani lay peacefully and innocently with her hand on her still flat stomach. (Whispers himself) "Suhani I'm sorry, I'm sorry for what you have to go through but I promise to set things right I will take you away, far away from all troubles, I promise you won't have to bear anything." Wiping his tears Yuvraj shut the door and went to sleep next to Suhani hugging her gently from her waist and snuggled up next to her.

1 week later

7:30am Yuvraj woke up and went on a jog with Sharad he was still thinking about what Dadi did with Suhani last week and looked lost. Sharad-" guru (Yuvraj) what happened why do you look so lost for? Is everything alright?." Yuvraj looked at Sharad and they both sat on the bench in the park he looked down and spoke.Yuvraj-"Sharad las-last week I heard Dadi and Ragini bhabi say that they want to Ki-kil-kill mine and Suhani's baby,sh-she" Sharad- "WHAT!!!" Yuvraj-"yes! Last week  Suhani got up to get water but bhabi put a ball near the bed so when Suhani gets up she can trip over the ball and fall on her stomach so that ou-our baby can.." Yuvraj hugged Sharad. Sharad looked at Yuvraj, he was angry very angry at Dadi and said " GURU BHABI" she's ALONE at home with RAGINI BHABI and DADI! Masi's gone to the temple, Bhavna Ji and Menka's gone to the doctor with Golu (Sharad and Bhavna's son) Saurabh and Anuj have gone office and Ramesh has gone to the market." Yuvraj- " OH MY GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE." Yuvraj and Sharad both ran home only to find Suhani on the floor surrounded by a pool of blood. They stood there shocked, BROKEN and lost. They came back to there senses when they heard Dadi and Rags laugh at the top of stairs. Yuvraj shouted "SUHANI" and run towards her trying to wake her up,after a few attempts he saw no movement in her and picked up "SHARAD TAKE THE CAR OUT" Sharad run outside and started the car, he opened the door for Yuvraj and they rushed to the hospital. Yuvraj was wearing a white t-shirt and a unzipped jacket his t-shirt was now RED.They got to the hospital and rushed inside "DOCTOR" shouted Yuvraj " please save my wife sh-she fell down from the stairs please save her she's pregnant please save my baby" he said sitting on his knees begging. The doctor told Yuvraj to get up and said " we will try our best" he headed towards the OT with his nurses and Suhani on a stretcher. Yuvraj hugged Sharad and cried his heart out."don't worry Guru, bhabi will be fine" said Sharad assuring himself and Yuvraj. Just then Yuvraj saw Dadi and Rags enter the hospital he got off Sharad and said " STOP Dadi, stop right there. You should be happy now, this is what you wanted right." Dadi-" no Yuvraj, what are you saying?" Dadi was now trembling she was scared of losing Yuvraj. "Don't lie Dadi I heard you and Ragini bhabi say that you wanted to kill my baby so that you can separate me and Suhani. Why dadi? Why?

Dadi-" no Yuvraj your mistaken Wh-why would I kill your baby?"
"Dadi stop you did this to separate  me and Suhani. How dare you and this RAGINI of yours, harm Suhani"
Rags-" Yuvraj mind your language I'm your older bhabi" rags said scared but confidently.
"Shut up Rags" said Dadi hoping to win Yuvraj's trust but this time Yuvraj wasn't going to fall for her. Yuvraj-" Dadi please leave from her I don't want to see you, just GO" he said shouting at the top of his voice. This broke Dadi from the inside and she almost collapsed but Yuvraj didn't give her a hand. Rags-" let's go Dadi Suhani's not worth our time". Rags said rolling her eyes at Yuvraj.

Yuvraj ignored her, he saw the OT light turn off and rushed to the door leaving a broken shocked Dadi behind. Rags held Dadi and took her away. "DOCTOR, doctor Suha-Suhani is she ok? Where is she? Can I meet her? And, and my baby she's ok right? Tell me please"

"I'm sorry........

But she's still not out of danger we don't know if the child will survive there is only 20% chance but we are still trying.

Yuvraj froze, he was shocked and lost his balance but Sharad held him and consoled him."guru don't lose hope Suhani bhabi will be fine" Yuvraj-" Sharad my baby" Yuvraj sobbed in sharad's arm.

Sharad-"doctor please ,please save them"
Doctor-"we are trying our best and waiting for the nurse to bring 2 blood bottles, Suhani has lost a lot of blood and if she don't get it in time anything can happen" just then the nurse rushed to the OT door. Nurse-" doctor we have ran out of blood in o-negative and I have checked in all hospitals but there is not a single bottle of O-negative blood." Yuvraj got up he said "doctor you can take my blood but please save Suhani please" Sharad-"yes doctor take our blood" doctor-" ok but we will have to check your blood group come with me" the 2 boys followed the doctor and got their blood checked. Whilst they waited for the reports to come Sharad said "I'll inform bhavna Ji and masi" he called Bhavna and told her to come to the hospital because Suhani fell down the stairs and is in a critical situation" Bhavna informed everyone and  they rushed to the hospital.

"Sharad this is all my fault I shouldn't of let Suhani alone I should of left Birla house when I heard DADI say that she wanted to kill my baby.
Doctor-"I'm sorry but your blood group doesn't  match with Suhani's blood. We need blood fast otherwise anything can happen. Suhani has a very rare blood group and the hospitals in Allabhad have run out of it you have to do something fast." Yuvraj thought for a second and rushed  out the hospital. Sharad-"guru where you going" Sharad shouted and wasn't expecting an answer so he stood there.

Yuvraj knocked on the door and Soumiya opened it. (Soumiya-Suhani's childhood friend)"Yuvraj what happen are you ok, wh-why have you got blood on your shirt what happened Yuvraj" said a shocked Soumiya. Yuvraj-" Soumiya please help me Suhani she fell down the stairs and is very critical, she needs blood, o-o negative please save her and my baby please" Yuvraj fell to her feet and begged her. Soumiya- " Yuvraj get up lets go" they both got the car and were on the way to the hospital.
Doctor-" Mr Sharad, Suhani is very critical it's difficult for her to breath even through an oxygen mask. I'm sorry but I don't think she will make it." Every one froze, Pratima, Bhavna, Sharad, Saurabh, Anuj, and even Menka.
Just then Yuvraj and Soumiya get there he called the doctor and he checked her blood group. It was o-negative.
He took Soumiya in again and laid her next to Suhani. The process proceeded while Yuvraj was outside leaning against the cold wall with his eyes closed and fists tight you could easily see his dried up tears. Everyone else sat on the bench and prayed for her to get better.
