3rd Person POV

Her eyes bounced around the room observing everything about the room she was in; all she could see was darkness along with a gloomy feminine figure. The figures mouth opened as the words introducing her came out. Her name was Genevieve.

Afterwards Genevieve left the room leaving Ava to figure out that this room was practically unescapable; until the lights of the room flicker on. Ava's eyes beam around the room, a figure of her father catches her eye. Her father looks towards her and tried to act like her actually cared about her. Ava had never liked her father after he left her and her mother for some young blond girl. Ava's father keeps questioning her on many factors of her everyday life but she did not feel that it was safe to tell him so she did not give him any information at all. He left the room with an annoyed look on his face.

Ava's phone beeps as she pulls it out of her pocket amazed that they didn't take it away from her when they put her into this mysterious place. She opens the message and sees a picture of her best friend Chase, with a knife against his throat. Ava exits this image and looks at the message sent with it. The message said that Chase would be free once Ava had promised her loyalty.

Ava now destressed goes up to the walls to look for some kind of exit; she thought there had to be a way if Genevieve and her father got in and out. She pats down the walls and after about three minutes she finds a button. She presses it and a passage opened in front of her. She gave out a sign before walking into the passageway.

As she walks along Ava sees a bunch of photos which seem to be of a family; this family seemed to be one of those 'perfect; family's. In these photos there was only one person she could recognise but she wished that she couldn't, it was a younger version of her father; he seemed only a bit older than when he left home. This fact left Ava up against a wall; legs against her chest.

She felt anger and sorrow in a package of one. She says to herself that she has to be strong, thinking of it; she was strong, she wouldn't have survived this long if she wasn't. Ava started thinking of ideas to get back at her father and Genevieve; there was only one idea that stood out. She thought that maybe she had the power to use illusions too. She continues to walk down the passageway thinking of how this idea might work out. She sees a figure that resembles the one of Genevieve; quickly she begins to concentrate, trying to conjure up her power she tries to imagine what the worst experience Genevieve had been through.

Suddenly, Ava closes her eyes and when she reopens them she was in a different body; one of a tall girl with long black hair. Ava was unaware of what happened and then it clicked. She must have been inside Genevieve's past. Ava examines the body she is in; she pulls up her long sleeves to reveal things that seem like self-harm. As she continues to look over the body there just becomes more and more. Now that Ava had it pictured Ava made an effort to keep Genevieve was kept in that past forever. "Finally that bitch is done with" Ava said under her breath.

After Ava completed that she found a way to exit the building, it ended up being Ava's old home. Ava is finally starting to feel safe... but then her phone beeps, when it gets opened a picture of Chase with a slit in his throat; which was spurting with blood atop him; a note.
