The Crazy Cashier Stuck To His Trenchcoat - Chapter 1

"Castiel, why don't you flutter your wings to the market and get me some bread with butter?" Dean asked. Dean was toying with the old toaster he found. It was dirty with dry, orange ooze, and he didn't know how to clean a toaster. But he wanted toast. And when Dean Winchester wants something, he will get it. If he doesn't get it when he wants it, you might as well be a locked door.

"What kind of butter?" Castiel questioned.

"Uhh...any...kind..."

"And normal bread?" Castiel added.

"Cas, normal butter." Dean corrected. "The kind of bread?" He was about to answer his own question when superman Sam walked into the kitchen.

"Wheat. Wheat bread, Cas. And get peanut butter."

"O-okay." Castiel replied with hesitation. "I will be back soon."

"No, wait! Cas!" Dean set down the toaster and called out. It was too late, the sound of Castiel's wing flutter told Dean that he had already gone for the bread and butter.

Although Dean worked out occasionally and tried to take care of himself, food was his freedom. He allowed himself to eat whatever the hell he pleased, but he would not allow himself to be lazy all the time and dirty when he could be clean. Dean did not want wheat bread, he wanted potato bread. Dean did not want peanut butter, he wanted plain butter. Dean wouldn't have his way this morning, but he certainly would find a way to have it later.

"Dean, you need to eat more healthy more often. It'll make you feel more energetic." Sam persuaded.

"I'm fine! I eat enough of your nutty fruity salady salads. Besides, that's what porn is for! It makes me feel energetic so I don't have to eat leaves and...stuff..." he cringed at the thought of healthy foods.

Sam scoffed. He would eventually give up on the idea of getting his older brother to eat healthy. But for now he scolded Dean. He even reminded him that the things they hunt would be more likely to feast on Dean because "Sam would taste like lemon chicken salad, not barbecue chicken sandwich".
