The Reunion -Johnlock

John's Pov

It had been 3 years after Sherlock committed suicide. I had mostly gotten over it, but there was not a day that went by that I didn't think of him. While I was trying to get my mind off things I met new people. One person in particular: Mary. She was the love of my life, at least since Sherlock is gone now. In fact tonight was the night that I was planning on proposing to her. We were in the Restaurant, her favorite one, Italian. She was from Italy and loved the food. She was very pretty, and Successful, I might add.

"Excuse me John I need to go to the bathroom for a moment. I'll be right back,"   She stands up and kisses my cheek before leaving the table. I decide to look through the menu once more, Just to pass the time and to look busy.

Sherlock s Pov

Finally all the snipers were dead, I could go back to my John. Why do I keep calling him that? My John. Its not like I own him. I was watching him from the security camera. From the look on his face I knew the night was tonight. This is my last chance. I stood up and walked into the Restaurant, the concierge, grabbing my coat. Mary had just left to go to the bathroom, I had about ten minutes. John took a drink from his glass and was now scanning the menu, which I thought was completely useless because it was obvious that he had already chosen what he wanted to eat.

I walk over to him and sit down opposite to him. "Hello John," I say in my most casual voice.

He looks up very surprised. His eyes open wide when he sees who is sitting there. "Sherlock...."  was all that he could utter.

"Yes, Its me. What are you eating tonight? I'm guessing the salad, not really a big meat fan after I left." I say trying to sound unimpressed.

"Sherlock, what the hell?!?" He looks around the room to make sure he was okay, he thought he was going crazy.

He reached out and touched my arm, as if he couldn't  believe what he was seeing was real. "You're actually here? I can-can't believe this."

"Believe it John, now Caesar salad or a non green salad at all? You'll pick the macaroni or the potato, judging by your face, you don't seen too sad, and you clearly have a date, she went to the bathroom maybe 3 minutes ago, just before I came in. She'll think you're a wuss if you get the green one, don t think it will change her opinion of you though, so if you really want the green one go ahead.........Ah yes, me being alive and all, you and your average brain probably need an explanation right about now." I look at John curiously, trying to read him, but at the same time acting like a total know it all.

John was getting angry. His ears were turning pink and his lips were pursed. He was probably thinking along the lines of: 'How can Sherlock come back after 3 years of being dead and still act like a total dick?'

"Sherlock, what the hell is going on?! you were dead! I buried you! I saw you fall to your death! Now why, or shall I say how the hell are you here in front of me!? Three years, Sherlock! you were gone for three years!" He was raising his voice so some of the other people in the Restaurant were staring.

"No need to act like that.....Its a miracle John, you asked for one more miracle, and so here I am. I actually had the help of Molly. She made a mold of my face and put it on the body of an already dead man, Which you should have noticed, because Clearly I am 6' 0" and the body was 6' 3" and I was wearing a black shirt when I jumped and the body had on a purple one, and the scarf was the wrong shade of blue. You, John Watson would have noticed it if you weren't woozy after the Cyclist drugged you when he passed." He looked Confused, so I continued.

"Homeless network, John. And you didn't notice the garbage truck did you? filled with bags of cotton, very soft landing, and all those people, paramedics, doctors, civilians....all actors, hired by Molly. All I had to do was sit in the truck and drive off while everything else took care of itself. There's your explanation."
