Melina's pov

Tonight the company was gonna give me a test run on how good my in-ring abilities are..

I was gonna face Eva... I was pretty pumped for this.. If I lost I'd stay a commentator backstage , but if I won I got to choose what I wanted to do.

This was the first and last time Stephanie and Mark are gonna do this. So I felt honored for this to happen.

Sandra made my gear specially because she just loves me like a daughter..

I told Brock about it and although he didn't approve he was supportive...

I had my gear on and was waiting for my match..

Brock came up to me for a few minutes before my match..

"I just wanted to tell you good luck and I know you'll kick ass whether of you win or lose , you'll do amazing.." He said

"Thanks baby!" I smiled as i have him a hug

The Diva music played.. That was my cue.

Eva was already in the ring when I pranced down the aisle

Once I got in the ring Lillian announced us.

"The following divas match is set for one fall. Introducing first from the Bay Area of California Eva Marie! And her opponent from St. Louis Missouri, Melina!"

The bell rang.

Eva and Melina locked up.

Although Melina was small, she was strong. She tossed Eva over we side.

She German suplexed Eva over and over.

"Suplex city bitch!" She yelled in Eva's face.

"Shades of her fiancé Brock Lesnar." Michael Cole said

"Whoever thought the beast was capable of love" Byron said

"Well apparently he is considering he and Melina are engaged" JBL said

Eva caught Melina on the stomach with a drop kick.

Melina got up and hit Eva with a running Enziguri.

They were both on the mat and the ref started counting..

Eva got up first. She pulled Melina up by her hair, Melina rolled Eva up.

The ref counted and Melina for the three count.

"Here's your winner , Melina!" Lillian announced

Eva was in shock , but accepted the fact she lost.

Melina's pov

I came backstage.

Stephanie came up to me..

We walked to her office and sat down.

"You did great out there.. You are a really good performer." She said

"So the question is would you like to compete inside the ring or remain a commentator?"

"Being I that ring feels amazing you know it's every WWE fans' dream , but it's hard.. Although it might look easy , it is hard and it'll only get harder depending on who you face.. I loved the experience , but I'd like to remain a commentator.." I said

"Okay then.. Even though you are a commentator , I still might put you in a storyline with Brock.." She said

"Alright" I said

"Thank you for your time" Stephanie said as she shook my hand

"Thank you" I said walking out of her office..

Brock was waiting by the door..

"So I figure you heard everything?" I said

"I did.. I just hope I didn't effect your decision" he said

"You didn't.. To be honest I wasn't thinking about you when I made that decision.." I said

"Good." He smiled

"I love you" I said cutely

"I love you too baby" he said as he pecked my lips
