Zenny's POV
"Ray..Sun.."
I stopped in front of the room that I assumed the patient's name was 'Kim Mei Yoo'. I opened the door.
"Ahjumma??" I said slowly while peeking at the old lady who was laying in bed. She seemed terribly sick.
"Ah, young lady... Can you.. Help me?" I approached the lady. She was trying to sit up.
"Yes sure, no problem" I said while smiling. I helped her to sit. She smiled and looked at me. She resembles someone. I wonder who.
"You look familiar. Have we met?" She asked while coughing. I just smiled. "I'm afraid not, ahjumma" I said. She smiled and nodded. "I see.." She replied in a weak tone.
"Sorry for asking but why do you look so thin?" I asked.
"Thin? Nahh, this is normal.." She smiled. I could see sadness in her eyes.. I held her hand. This touch.. It feels so familiar.
"Are you hungry? I could ask the nurse to bring you food" I said while looking at the door.
"It's okay dearie, I'm fi—
"Wait here, okay???" I said while smiling. Then I rushed out the door.
Right.. Food. I don't see any nurses around. Hmmm, I should check on Hara first. I went to room 5J and knocked. When I entered, Hara was laying in bed, watching television. "Hey Zenny" She said while eating potato crisps.
I saw a tray of untouched food on the table beside her. "Are you gonna eat that?" I asked, referring to the food on the tray. She shook her head. "Nahh~ I hate food for sick people" She said while focusing on the television.
"Aren't you supposed to eat healthy food? You had food poisoning yesterday =.=" I said. She looked at me. "Ah, I wanna eat what I wanna eat" She said.
"Fine fine.. I'll be right back" Then I took the tray of food out of the room. Hara didn't mind me. I headed to the ahjumma's room. "Hey ahjumma~ I'm back with food" I said while smiling cheerfully. The ahjumma smiled. I sat beside her and fed her. After she was done with the food, she thanked me.
"Thank you dearie, I really appreciate it" She said while smiling. Suddenly she coughed continuously. "A-Are you okay?" I started to panic.
"Just, past me a glass of water" She said. I helped her to drink the glass of water and she stopped coughing. "Sorry, I must've aged too much.." She said. She didn't look that old but her sickness might have been that bad I guess. I wonder where are her family members?
"Is someone coming to visit you?" I asked. "Well, I have a step daughter but she rarely comes" She said. She didn't look too happy.
"Oh, sorry for asking..." I said. "It's okay. I also have two sons. When I was sick before, he'd always take care of me. But when I met an accident, he stopped seeing me anymore" She said. I felt sorry for her.
