Chapter 1

Skylar P.O.V

*Beep...........Beep..............Beep........*

That's what I wake up to. I groaned and turned over and turned off my alarm. I stretch out my sore muscles. I open my eyes and look around, letting my eyes adjust to the lighting. I grabbed my phone to check the time. It was 7:30 in the morning. I moaned and put my phone down. I am not a morning person for sure. I rolled onto my back and started up at the ceiling. Today was the last day before spring break. It was the last year of High School. I got a text from my best friend name Allison.

Wake up my best friend! Last day before spring break!!! Meet me at Star and Bucks in 30! - Al:P

I smiled and chuckled at her, she always called Starbucks like that. I put my phone down. Let me tell you more about myself. My name is Skylar and i'm 18 years old. I have maroon color hair that goes down to my bellybutton. I have brown eyes. I got up and made my way to my clothes. I put on a white short with a strip V shirt. I put on my black vans. I wanted to do something with my hair, so I called the one person.

"Emma" I yell for my sister. She is 2 year older than me. She lives with us because of her dumb ass boyfriend. He ran away with all her money. So she's staying here till she can get back on her feet. Also she has a daughter, which is two years old. I find it funny because her name is Allison, like my best friend. She is funny, sassy, and pretty. I love her with all my heart.

"What?" I heard Emma say. I turned around and saw her at the door.

"Would my sister do a fish tail braid for her only sister?" I said, putting on my cupcake face. She rolled her eyes. I smiled and she started.

"Where's Allison?" I asked her.

"Still sleeping. How are you and Chase?" She asked me, Chase is my boyfriend. He is really sweet and kind. At first. He has brown- blond hair and green eyes.

"Fine, he has changed a little through" I said, she stopped and looked at me.

"What do you mean, changed?" She asked, going back to braiding my hair.

"Like, he is getting more into the jealous type. He gets mad at me, talking to guys and he sometimes yell at me" I said, looking at the ground. I heard my sister sigh behind me.

"Sky, please be careful. Tell me if he lays a hand on you. So i can go over there and kick his arse" She said, making me laugh.

"Kick who's ass?" I heard my brother, Evan, ask. He was 19 and overprotected over me, Emma, and Allison(My best friend). He had brown hair, green eyes, and dimples. Surprisingly he's single.

"My boyfriend" I said, getting up.

"If he lays a hand on you" He said worried.

"I know, I know Evan. You and Emma will go and kick his ass" I said, he nodded.

"Well got to go check on Allison" Emma said, getting up and walking out the room. Evan just walked out. I went into the bathroom to bush my teeth. I didn't brother with my make up today, i didn't have anything to hide today. I look one more time again in the mirror. It was now 7:50, meaning I only had 10 minutes to walk to Starbucks. I grabbed my book bag and walked down stairs. I saw Allison watching tv. She heard me walking in and ran to me.

"Kitty" She said, I smiled and picked her up.

"Morning baby" I said kissing her cheek. She laughed and I put her down. Emma came out into the living room.

"Well got to go" I said hugging her. I started walking to Starbucks. I was walking and I wasn't looking. I bumped into someone. That person was strong, so I only fell back.
