Leela's pov:

Honestly I didn't believe shit he was saying. I still followed him here with my stupid ass. Got in the car with a stranger. "Am I dead?" I blurted I had hit myself and wasn't waking up. I had to be dead and I was in heaven. He laughed "If you were dead you wouldn't have a pulse?" I put my hand over my heart still beating."You would also be able to look down at people." I looked down no clouds no people. Plus no angels and Jesus.

I can't be dead then I didn't think hell looked like this and yes I believed in that short of thing. What if I just died and didn't go anywhere or maybe I'm in a coma. I thought well might as well make it last it all felt so real. Maybe it was? I looked over at Trayden and he was staring at me intensely. This guy is a fuckboy. Why did I feel sparks and he said he was at war so he couldn't have a girlfriend. Was he lying I don't know. I was going to find out more about him before I kissed him again I know that for sure.

I wasn't going to fall for him just for him to toy with my heart. That's for sure. He held my hand "is this okay?" I nodded. Tingles went up my arms damn hormones made me want to jump him. He was still looking at me "Take a picture it will last longer." I laughed . He said " Sorry your just so beautiful so do you want to meet my family?" I thought well let's see if his family is elfs maybe his mom can tell me about his past. About this mate thing is it true. I said "Yeah I would love to see where you grew up and meet your family." I blushed what if his dad thinks I'm his girlfriend.

My thoughts went away as we walked down the street to a brick house surrounded by flowers. "My mom used to garden." He said "Dad, sis I'm home." Knocking on the door two figures were there. One was a man with pointy ears and brown hair. With a scar above his eye. The other had white hair and lovely blue eyes. Then another man came down the only one without pointy ears. He had black hair that fell into his eyes and they were orange. He put his arm around his sister after she hugged Tryaden. They said "Come in. Come in." I shook hands with his father and found out his name was Clyde, his sister who was older name is Miranda. She was warm an spunky and she had a mate named Daniel who was half human half dark angel. He showed me his dark wings and of course except for that had all human features.

At the table his dad said "So this is your mate." Trayden looked at me and said "Yes but we meet when she was young." His dad nodded "I told you, you would need her I saw you get sicker and sicker as the war intensified." He looked sadly at the table. His sister chimed in "Well she's beautiful and I didn't care that my mate was half human but I remember when Trayden found out." She laughs and Her mate said " Yeah one of us could have died that night the fight was so bad." He laughed and continued " No hard feelings by the way I knew you were being protective." His sister said " We made sure to come over when he said Trayden is visiting with a human mate we couldn't wait to meet you."
