Journey in The MM 💕

Journeys POV

"He's in surgery now but his room number is 671"the nurse says

"Thank you" I say

"No problem sweetheart " She says back

I go over to the elevator and press the 6th floor Botton and before the elevator doors close someone says wait. I press open door Botton and the person walks in

"Thanks" the man says

"No problem

"Wait Corey" ?

I turn around to be faced with Jacobs biological father and my first and last husband.

"Journey" he says

"What are you doing here" ? I ask.........

            CURRENT TIME

Journeys POV

It's been almost 15 years since I've seen this man and the he decides to show up is when his own son is on the verge of dying.

I turn and hit him hard in his chest and says
"Why Are You Here You Jackass"

"I'm here, because I heard about Jacob" He says

"Well I'm not even surprised the only time you show up is when he's about to die as if you even wanted him in the first place" I say

"It's not even like that, only reason I left is because we were both young I was only 16 and you were 18 how was I supposed to support a child at that age" He said

"That still didn't mean you couldn't be in his life" I say

"Well look at me now on the verge of losing a son I never even knew" He says starting to breakdown

"It's not like I ever wanted to leave I was just scared and afraid that I wasn't gonna be a good enough father, I guess I'm the end I didn't wanna end up being like my own father but that's how I came out to be" He says still on the elevator floor crying

I kneel down to comfort him

"Well all you need to do now is pray that our son survives and if you explain this all to him that over time he'll forgive you" I say

"I hope so now let's go check on Jacob and see if he's out of surgery" He said

We walk up to Dr.Hartman who was operating on our son

"Hi Mrs.Arnold and Mr. Jones your son is a very strong person he successfully made it through surgery and is in room 671 wide awake looking for you all" Says Dr.Hartman

We both proceed down the hall into Jacobs room and when we get there I tell Corey to wait outside. I go inside and the first thing I see is my baby boy watching spongebob.

"Mommy" He says cheerfully

I swear this boy can be such a big baby at times

"Hey baby boy how you doing" I said

"Good I guess" he replied

" Well I have something else out in the hall if you want him/her to come in" I say

"Yes Yes Yes Yes" He says excitedly

"Ok" I reply

Corey comes into the room and walks straight over too the side of Jacobs bed

"Hello son" He says

"Dad ?"
