The petals melted from view as tears streamed down her once strong face. She smelled the purple rose for the last time before releasing it with her lost boyfriend's body down the river. His eyes closed in eternal slumber as the current swept him away with the remembering flowers given by her and their families.
She vowed to never love again as she had lost her soul mate forever. Her knees shaking, he fell onto the misribley green grass that lay beneath her black converse. This was the last time she would feel a single emotion as his body was lost downstream.
