     I go downstairs to grab my slop that they call dinner. As I start up the stairs I get tripped and all of my dinner flies onto my new dress that I had received when Headmistress went out and got everyone something to wear. I slowly got up and ran to the laundry room to wash the dress before Headmistress seen and punished her for being clumsy even though it wasn't her fault, Headmistress wouldn't believe that. Suddenly Headmistress announces that someone new will be coming to the orphanage. I got a bit excited because I may have a new friend but then I remembered the saying I have kept with me for as long as I could remember: No friends, No family, No problem. I had only heard the end of the of the announcement where Headmistress announced what room the person will be staying in, Headmistress said "Orange quarters in room 203." I brightened up a bit inside. I ran to her room to clean up her room, when I walked out I seen a little girl around her age with blue hair and blue eyes. I knew immediately that was the new girl. So I followed behind her and said "My name is Stella, what's your name?" "Misty" the girl replied very solemnly. I said "That's a cute name!" Misty replied "Y-yeah great." I notice her strange marks and my eyes widen. "What are those from?" I ask. She quickly covers all the marks and looks away. I ran out of the room to go grab my dress out of the dryer. When she got back Misty was fast asleep, so I decided to go to sleep as well.

                                                                           {Next day}

      I get up and decide to wake Misty up. Misty sits up and rubs her eyes. I smile at Misty and she shows no sign of happiness at all. "Oh come on! Lighten up!" I say cheerfully. Misty walks past me and goes downstairs, I decide to follow her. I notice everyone staring at her and everyone goes quiet. She just looks away, I can tell she's uncomfortable. Some kids from the purple quarter start snickering, she just sighs and walks into the kitchen. I go and grab my "lunch" from the bar and sit next to Misty. I push my tray slightly away. "You know everyone is staring at you because they think your pretty" I say, I think she hears me but since she doesn't reply. She only looks away from me. Hikuru comes over to our table and I kind of wince at the sight of him. He smiles at her, I just stare at him. Misty smiles at him back I didn't think that she would actually would smile back. I guess its good that she's making friends beside me, but out of anyone why does it have to be Hikuru.

    He giggles. "Hi I am Hikuru!" He says cheerfully, it makes me a bit sick to see him acting all nice to her. I just stare at him not even paying any attention to Misty. I blur out the rest of their conversation. I started to turn around, I got startled and yelled "LEAVE HER ALONE!!" I automatically covered my mouth, Hikuru acted like he was upset maybe hurt even. Misty looked at him and yelled "H-Hey! Leave him alone!" I was so shocked that she had done that to me after all I have done and said for her, I decided I need to isolate myself from the situation. I ran into my secret place, the corner behind the bookshelf, I knew Misty wouldn't come to see where I had gone. So I had stayed there for what seemed like an eternity. I hear people saying "goodbye" and crying so I assumed someone got adopted, I didn't even care at this point, I was so furious with Misty I didn't care if the building fell off of the face of the Earth.

                                                                                         {Night}

             I decided to finally go to my room to lay down. I went to my room, surprisingly Misty wasn't there yet so I changed into my footy-pajamas that had Orange hearts on the arms. I hear Misty and Hikuru outside of the door, so I decided to grab a book to read. Misty comes in and tells me about her "Wonderful" day with Hikuru. I just shrug and fall asleep.

               I had a dream that night, it was unusual. I was sitting in a chair and I kept repeating my name over and over again..... Stella Fay...... Stella Fay...... Stella Fay. Every time I repeated my name the room would get brighter and brighter until all I could see was blurs. I looked to the left of me, then right, on each side of me were people. They were tall people, they kept coming closer and closer to me. I woke up, hyperventilating, I run to the drinking fountain and get a drink. Then I hear footsteps so I run back to my room and go to sleep. When I wake up Misty is staring straight at me "Morning" she says rather dully. I decide not to say anything to her for what she put me through yesterday. She rolls her eyes at me and heads out the door. I decide to lay down and read a book. I hear a bit of commotion downstairs, but I decide to keep reading my book. I get a bit hungry, so I go downstairs to grab some food.

                 Suddenly I see what the commotion was about, my jaw drops a bit in shock...
