Appearance: 5'1" in height, has mid length hair. Hair color is just like Russia's except a tad bit lighter and has some gold streaks in her hair. She has violet eyes and wears a white and black trench coat with gold buttons. She wears a black skirt and pale pink blouse underneath. She wears white and black boots.
Location
Kaliningrad is the tiny region of Russia that is not attached to Russia at all. In fact, Kaliningrad is west of the Baltic States (Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania). You can find her on a map!
Kaliningrad is a bustling port city and is considered a principality.
Personality
Kaliningrad is quiet but likes to talk to people. She doesn't seem to have the "scary aura" around her like Russia does. Her aura very peaceful compared to her brother's. She is good friends with Prussia and Latvia. She likes to hang around Prussia because they like to eat Königsberger Klopse and go to museums together. Kaliningrad likes to play violin, but she can also play other strings instruments like viola, cello, and bass. When she's with Latvia, they like castle - hopping and writing poetry.
Relations
Russia: Russia is her big brother and respects him. She doesn't find him as scary as what the other countries think of him, and she is not overprotective of him like her sisters are. In world meetings she's always by him, but is barely noticeable, due to her being behind him.
Ukraine: Ukraine is Kaliningrad's elder sister. She loves being around her. They picnic together and love to make flower crowns.
Belarus: Kaliningrad's little sister. Belarus gets a little jealous of Kaliningrad because she's always around Russia. Even though Bela doesn't show it much, she loves Kaliningrad. Kaliningrad is one of the only people that Belarus will tell her problems to.
Prussia: Prussia is one of Kali's close friends. They often eat food together and go to museums. He likes to joke about her height, but gets reminded that he's shorter that Germany. Sometimes, Prussia whips out his phone and makes Vines with Kali.
Latvia: Latvia is another one of Kaliningrad's friends. They castle hop together and like to read and write poetry together.
